INVITING SCRIPTS

REMEMBER
This is a short phone call. Your only goal is to get a commitment from your prospect to review a first exposure tool. First let them know this will be a short call, get their availability, invite them to review a tool using your question, build value by edifying the presenter and last, tie them down to a follow-up appointment. It is critical that you keep your script in front of you at all times. It will help you to not get distracted and to stay on track. Here are some powerful scripts, for use in introducing people to the funnel or information that will give them their first exposure to the Zija business. Please note, that while these are excellent models & learning tools, it is imperative that you master a few different versions/approaches, such that your language flows naturally, as if it were a spontaneous conversation. Develop your invitation skill and insert your preferred and most relevant method of exposure and tool, where appropriate, in each sample script. Alternately, pull a line or two from each script to use as your own personal script.

A SIZZLE CALL APPROACH


This is a great approach for people who have an expressive or driver personality style. It can be said with excitement, enthusiasm and a sense of urgency. ___________ I wanted to give you a quick call. I have a question, do you keep you income options open? Great, I have something for you to hear. Im going to bridge you into a 3 minute overview of what Im talking about. Three-way them into a sizzle Call. When it is finished. ________ that was interesting wasnt it, what did you like most about what you heard, what got your attention? The perfect next step is a three-way to your upline expert. _______ Hold on a second I have a business partner I want you to meet. Your business partner will edify the opportunity and you then get them to the next base which would be an Opportunity Call, Business Briefing, PBR or website etc. Here is a good script to use to invite to the next exposure: The company is using technology as a platform to market their product on a global scale. I am putting together a couple key individuals at my house (could be an opportunity meeting or a conference call) who may qualify and have an interest in helping us open this company. In fact we are flying one of our top executives in from Dallas, a mid six-figure earner who was in the advertising industry for many years, to explain the details. Can you get here about ten or 15 minutes early, there are a couple of people I would like you to shake hands with? ____name____ is there anything that you can see that could possibly get in the way? If something does come up you would give me 24 hours notice wouldnt you? Great, I will see you at 7:15 Tuesday.

AN OPPORTUNITY CALL APPROACH


Here is a great way to invite someone to a recruitment conference call. Remember The Art of Rapid Recruitment create urgency and curiosity. __________ I don't have a lot of time right now my phone has been ringing off the hook, do you have a pen and paper? ____________ take this number down. Call it at ___________. Listen it will only be about 20- 30 minutes. I'll call you back right after the call. If they dont answer you can leave this message: _________ this is ____________, listen I need you to call me right back as soon as you get this message I've got something I need to show you. Give me a call I'll be on my cell phone. You've got the number_____________. It's about___________ (time) right now. Here are some other options: Hi _______ this is _______ do you have a quick second? Great! _______ I am running out the door to an appointment but I wanted to ask you, what are you doing Tuesday night? If he/she is busy go for one more appointment time. If busy again just say: ____________ thats ok. There is something I wanted to get with you about but I will call you back a little later. Have fun at the game. If they are open then proceed with the invitation. ___________ will you be by a telephone tonight at _________. Great,________ I just wanted to ask you, do you keep you income options open? Good, do you have a pen and paper? ____________ take this number down. Call it at ___________. Listen it will only be about 20- 30 minutes. I'll call you back right after the call. All I will want to know is if it is a possible fit or not. If so we can talk details. Other lead-ins: _______, I know you have long been considered among the best in your field, as have I. But I have to admit though that I am getting a bit tired of the grind. I have determined that I will diversify my income and have found a great project. My guess is that you will be more than intrigued with the information that will be delivered on a business overview conference call tonight at ________. It will only be 20 to 30 minutes. When I thought of someone who would likewise see this as special I thought of you. ________, do you have a pen ? I want to pass my line on to you. Here is the number_________. Now build value and exclusivity. _________, the top people who will be on this call are making $20,000 a month or more. ________, I cant promise you can make this kind of money but I cant tell you, you wont. But I do know if you are not on this call you wont. You do want to find out how these people are making this kind of money dont you? Always confirm five minutes before the call. Be sure to have a three-way arranged for immediately after the call.

A CD APPROACH
This is the same approach but for people whom you may or may not be as close with or who may have an analytical personality style and need a little detail. Hi ________ this is ____________ did you have a good day? Great! _________ I am running out the door to an appointment but I wanted to give you a quick call. ___________ Do you keep you income options open? Great, I have some very important and time sensitive information I want to get to you. What time will you be home tonight? Great I will stop by at 7:00 and get this to you. It is an audio CD and will only take about 30 minutes to review. Its important to me and to you that you listen to this CD as soon as possible. You can listen to it tonight or in the car on the way to work tomorrow. If I get it to you tonight when will take the first chance to listen to it? Great when is the best time for me to call you back. The call will only take about a minute. All I want to know is if it might be a possible fit and you want to get the details or not. If you do we can arrange a time to do that. Another option: ______, I am putting together a group of the brightest people I know to help me launch a new business initiative. Your skills are perfect. Its important to me and you that you review this CD (hand it to them) tonight on your way home. The information contained on the CD is the most important I have ever heard. It will take less than 30 minutes. Then I would like to speak with you later this evening. Is _______ an OK time for me to call you to see if this might be a fit for you?

LONG DISTANCE PACKAGE APPROACH


Excellent for someone you know who you mail a CD to. You can mail it then call them about when the package arrives. It creates curiosity. _________, have you picked up your mail today? In your mailbox under my return address is the most important mail you have received in the last five years. Please listen to the 30 minute CD NOW so we can talk later this evening. What time should I call you?

AN INDIRECT OR WHO DO YOU KNOW APPROACH


Here is an approach you can use for someone you may not have spoken with in years. This call could be a bit longer but only in catching up on lost time. Lets say that this is a person who is in a long distance market that does not have a presenter. You can use a sizzle call or opportunity call. Hi _______, this is _____________ wow, we havent talked in years. How are you? Are you still with _______________? How is ___________? After a little small talk and catching up .. _______ as I said I am a little concerned with my company so I started looking around for alternatives. An interesting thing happened a couple of weeks ago. A friend of mine introduced me to a couple of marketing professionals who have a marketing team that has trained hundreds of people to make six and high six figure incomes. I teamed up with them to help a company open in the _________ market. I was going through my files and I came across your number. I thought it would be great to talk again and hoped you may be able to help me out. Who do you know in ___city____ that might be interested in picking up an extra $2,000 to $6,000 a month on a part time basis without changing anything they are currently doing helping us open your market? Many people move on to develop six and high six figure incomes on a full time basis. They may give you referrals but what usually happens is they ask, what is it? A REFRRAL APPROACH
This a good approach for anyone. Its indirect and non-obligatory. You can use it to invite to any venue. Hi _______ this is _________ are you having a good day? Great! _______ I am running out the door to an appointment but I wanted to give you a quick call. _______ you and I have talked many times about what is happening in our industry. I am a little concerned with my company and tired of playing the game, so I started looking around for alternatives. An interesting thing happened a couple of weeks ago. A friend of mine introduced me to a couple of marketing professionals who have a marketing team that has trained hundreds of people to make six and high six-figure incomes. I teamed up with them to help a company open in the ____city_____ market. I am looking for a few key individuals who like me are ready to take more control over our financial future by creating another income stream. You may or may not be interested. AN OPINION APPROACH

I just started a business that looks to be very promising for me and my family. Your success far outweighs mine. As a matter of fact you are one of the most successful people I know. Ive called to ask you if you would do me a favor. I would like to get your opinion on this to make sure Ive done the right thing. You would do that for me wouldnt you? The top people in this company are having a private listen only teleconference tonight at _________, Ive been granted a line for this call. ________, do you have a pen ? I want to pass my line on to you. Here is the number_________. After the call can we can talk. Great I will call you then. Now build value and exclusivity. _________, the top people who will be on this call are making . Always confirm five minutes before the call. AN APPROACH FOR NETWORK MARKETERS

These questions will help you gauge who your talking to, and what would be the best approach. The idea is to get interest and then connect your upline on a Three-way follow-up or get them a first exposure.

If you are asked questions prior to the exposure chances are you are saying too much. If you are asked questions here are good responses.
