I love Frankston library, I love all libraries, they arequiet and full of lovely people.Thank you for your praise in recognition of our library service, book selection and staff. We hopeyou continue to enjoy your visits to the Library.We strive to provide a warm and welcomingatmosphere for our customers and it is always greatto hear from our satisfied customers.Friendly staff, efficient service and great choice of books.I think Frankston library is good for families and is agreat library.Family History Group, very useful and informativeservice and the staff member is very helpful.I think the library is a great place. The staff member was kind and warm and was so caring. Shemade a hard day turn into smiles and me feeling I wasnot alone. Words cannot express how she made adifference.Staff were talking and laughing loudly right near people trying to study, even with headphones on, Icould hear them. Several people were annoyed but itkept on for sometime. A study area in the library ismeant to be quiet and staff should themselves knowthat. Also people having conversations on mobilephones, talking softly is OK, but it was like the wholeconversation was on speaker phone (not staff).Doubly annoyed.Thank you for your feedback, should you have anyconcerns regarding the staff or a customer at thelibrary in the future, please discuss these directlywith the duty manager.Can you have the loud singing, reading for children inan enclosed room? I am sure the children are not deaf that they need the person to be so loud.Thank you for your feedback. We welcome allmembers of the community to the library. We haveseparated the children’s area from the computers tominimize the level of noise. Every secondWednesday we provide TinyTots and Story timesweekly on Thursday to our youngest members for one hour and during that time a certain level of noise may be unavoidable. Some customers find ithelpful to use headphones while working at thecomputers to help reduce any noise in the library.
