Research of Digipaks

When we came to research we wanted to create the Digipaks based on our music video, The theme we wanted to go with was dark, sinister, powerful and evil. We looked online to gain inspiration for such bands as the prodigy and explored the Digipaks they used

This Digipaks shows violent nature of the music and therefore gives the band a presents and identity which will intrigue the audience.

Tattoos

We thought the idea of tattoos would be good as it would show a indication of tribal warfare. As this mirrors the theme in our video and would link in well. We also did this to show masculinity as we wanted to make the band a strong group. Its also a symbol of individualism which appeals to the audience and gives the band a unique image which can be marketed to good effect. It will also give us a interesting album cover and would capture the audiences attention as they would pick the Digipaks up to view the tattoo which would perhaps increase sales.

We decided to go for lips as they offered a seductive yet unique feel to our digipak which would ultimately gain the audiences attention.
