Leadership Cosmin Horatiu Jieanu Director General/Main shareholder Cosmin Horatiu Jieanu has founded SC SWAT FORCE SRL in 2006, following a 6-year profesional security career with security companies. His career started in 2001, after graduating university, as an operative, but in very short time his skills and capabilities were noticed and he was promoted to management positions at regional (area manager) and national level executive and General Manager. He graduated in law at University Bucharest in 1999 and he got his license the same year. In 2000 he graduated as a reserve sublieutenant (police) at the Romanian Police Academy. b.
