lodge
was
without supportfrom
so many
of its
members. Therewas
no
single
answer.
Then and now,
the
situation
is
the
same.
The

the
stated
meetings.
The samePast

The attendancenumbers
(if
examined)
for 1994and1995
are about
the
samewith
respectto
slatedmeetings anddegrees.
I have notmaintainedstatistics
for
special events such
asdinners,breakfasts,awardprograms,funerals,
or
other spe-cial functions, but
I
am
quite
confldenl
the facts
would
be
the
same:
Little
supportfrom
members
whocould attend,
butwho
do
not
show
their
support.
WHY??
Sure, reasons
are
provided
suchas
age,health, workhours, don't
drive at
night,
can't
leave the wife alone,and anynumber
of
othet excusesyoucare
to
