FEE: Fee is 15% of revenues on the day(s) on which the food vendor participates in Sarnia Snowfest. You will be provided with a location and a street pass once your application has been accepted and processed. ELECTRICAL: Outlets are available in pre-designated areas for an additional fee of $50.00. Electrical cords will be not supplied. Spaces are limited and available on a first come first serve basis. All power is 120V for other power requirement please let us know. Electrician and additional charges will apply. RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. Each space occupied by a commercial food vehicle must be visually acceptable by Sarnia Snowfest. Food Vendor must submit a photograph of the commercial vehicle for approval by the Food Vendor Coordinator. 2. Deposit and payment for Electrical are due with application. No refunds or cancellations. 3. There will be a $35 charge for returned cheques 4. POST-DATED CHEQUES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 5. department. 6. Food Vendors must sell from their allocated space; must be within 3 feet. 7. Food Vendor must list all items to be sold at the Sarnia Snowfest for approval by the Food Vendor Coordinator. Any products brought to be sold, which have not been previously approved by the Food Vendor Coordinator, will be taken off premises immediately. Food Vendors products are carefully reviewed to minimize any duplication of product and/or services. Health Department randomly visits each tent throughout the event and will shut down any Food Vendor selling unauthorized items. If you fail to follow this rule, you will be asked to leave immediately. 8. Sarnia Snowfest is a family oriented event. The event board requires that all products, decor and signage reflect the character of the event. 9. All Food Vendors, owners, agents, workers and volunteers shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the city of Sarnia and Sarnia Snowfest, its volunteers, employees and agents from any and all loss, damage, or injury to any person or property taking part at the event. 10. The Vendors/owners agree to comply with all Provincial, Town and Local Ordinances and/or regulations. 11. Set-up officially begins on Friday, January 20, 2012 anytime after 5:00 pm. All vendors must be set-up by 8am on Saturday, January 21, 2012. 12. Vehicles not part of Food Service must be removed from the street as quickly as possible and no later than 8:30 a.m. on each day. Vendors must be open for business each day by 9:00 a.m. or risk losing their space. Show hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. 13. All Food vendors must complete the Special Events Vendors Information Form and the County of Lambton Community Health Services form. 14. All food vendors with a mobile truck must fill out the mobile truck TSSA form. 15. All vendors must be cleaned up and out of Centennial Park by midnight on Sunday, January 22, 2012. Vendors are not allowed to clean-up and leave the park until 5pm. ______________________________________________________________________________________ Only complete applications will be processed. CHECK LIST: _____ Food Vendor: 10x10 space, no power: 15% of sales, payable to Sarnia Snowfest in cash at the end of the day on Sunday, January 22, 2012. _____ Non-Food Vendor: 10x10 space, no power: $150 plus Hst, payable to Sarnia Snowfest, must be included with your vendor application. _____ 120 volt power (2 15 amp plugs): $50 must be included with your vendor application. _____ 30 Amp/250 Volt power: $100 must be included with your vendor application. _____ A certificate of insurance naming Sarnia Snowfest and the City or Sarnia as coinsured with proof of $2,000,000 liability, included with your vendor application. _____ Food Vendors only: A copy of the Lambton County public health form, included with your vendor application. _____ Food Vendors only: A copy of the Sarnia Fire Special Events Vendors Information form, included with your vendor application. _____ Mobile Trucks vendors only: A copy of the TSSA Mobile truck vendors form, included with your vendor application.
