ntroduction

The aim oI the project is to implement an Event NotiIication System suitable Ior
a University, providing Ilexibility to adapt to new and changing requirements.
This Event NotiIication system is an automated version oI manual Event
NotiIication System. The vision is to provide a progressive and expandable
inIormation service to staII and students.

Rationale:
It was given Ior our third year rapid application Development Project
by adviser and handing the event easily.

Objectives:
hen an object should be able to notiIy other objects oI an
event without needing to know who these objects are or what
they do in response.
hen an object needs to be notiIied oI an event, but does not
need to know where the event originated.
hen more than one object can generate the same kind oI
event.
hen some objects are interested in a broader classiIication oI
events, while others are interested in a narrower classiIication.
hen an object may be interested in more than one kind oI
event.
hen you need to dynamically introduce new kinds oI events.
hen objects participating in notiIication may be dynamically
introduced or removed, as in distributed systems.
hen you need to Iilter out events based on arbitrary criteria.

Methodology
1. Collect data
1.1.Meet the staII and get the details they are using Ior their manual work oI
Event NotiIication System.(eg. Send Event NotiIication via the E-Mail)
etc.
2. Discuss with the group
2.1.Discuss about the project works as ordering the collected inIormations,
creating database tables, ER diagrams, etc.
3. Talk with the proper person
3.1.Talk with the staII (customer) to know about their needs.
3.2.Questioning them Ior more details.
3.3.Know their satisIaction and problems.
4. FulIill the system Ior the Event NotiIication System
Implementation plan: Monitor our project and send weekly progress through
lms.The html, php, c#, My sql ,Access will be used.
