Draw the flow process chart (Man) of the process starting fromthe time the store assistant is waiting at the
despatch area until the time he returns the hand truck to the Equipment area.State the starting and ending
points of your chart and the subject being charted. Number the activities according to convention.

The store assistant waits at the despatch area for instructions fromthe store clerk. He goes through
the delivery order he receives fromthe store clerk and proceeds to the equipment area. He takes a hand truck
and pushes it to the last row of racks inside the store. He loads the five cartons of required jeans (one at a time
onto the hand truck and moves themto the despatch area. He unloads the cartons and hands the delivery
order to the store clerk waiting at the side. The store clerk checks and counts the cartons. She then endorses
the delivery order. She passes a copy of the delivery order to the store assistant who tapes it onto one of the
cartons. He then pushes the hand truck back to the equipment area.
