This document template provides a high-level description of what a proposed project will do in support of the Business Case and provides a sample of the kind of templates on offer at www.myprogo.com.

This template is used to flesh out details required to finalise the Business Case and is the starting point to Project establishment and planning activities.

The template provides the following assistance to anyone putting together a brief for the initiation of a project:

Template headings for key information describing the project (goals, objectives, dependencies etc.)
Guidelines for completing each section
An example illustrating the completion of each section
