@Voyager360. My guess you did not read the entire report. Not did you read all the follow up content on this topic. 1000watt is actively writing about the problem and publishing content on how to fix it. But more specifically, we are designing sites for clients, hand picking vendors and managing the process to insure great results. Anyone can point out flaws and comment about a report. If you have thoughts or solutions on the topic, why not contribute them. By not, you are just prolonging the problem as well.

This is a good article, but it's clearly not addressing the real problems. The problem with today's disjointed, dysfunctional real estate market can be pointed to a single, fundamental problem; None of the national real estate franchises provide the four mission critical marketing tools, products or services the broker needs to survive in today's online world of real estate marketing and sales. Anyone can consult and point out what's wrong with our real estate market. But if you're not part of the solution, you're just prolonging the problems.
