Goal:
 To provide teachers with a free and easy tool that can be used inand out of the classroom.
 Role:
 The teachers will create their own Edmodo account at the end of thelesson.
Audience:

grade teachers
Situation:
These teachers have access to the latest and greatesttechnology. However, free tools are rarely taken advantage of. This lessonwill give them a free tool to use to help reach more students and openlines of communication with parents (and students).
Product Performance and Purpose:
Create an Edmodo account to usewith students and parents in posting announcements, reminders,assignments, and to use as a discussion board to help students collaboratewith one another.
Standards and Criteria for Success:
Teachers successfully usingEdmodo with their students.
