forces etc.The outcomes of these models are properlyanalyzed to find out the various aspects likecompanies positionand competitors position in the market.This report on Airtel not just give descriptionabout the company but it also talks about thevariousmarketing strategy adopted by the company.SWOT analysis of Airtel helps to find out theweak points of the company and to find outthe way toovercome this problem.
Similarly with the help of Porter Five Forces itcan be finding that what are the differentstrategic optionsavailable to the company under the differentmarket condition. And to find the answer thatwhy company islooking for overseas market like Nigeria andSeychelles.
The Indian communications scenario hastransformed into a multiplayer, multi productmarket with variedmarket size and segments. Within the basicphone service the value chain has split intodomestic/local calls,long distance players, and international longdistance players. Apart from having to copewith the change instructure and culture (government tocorporate), Airtel has had to gear itself tomeet competition in varioussegments

By virtue of its connectivity and advertisingstrategy AIRTEL is successful in grabbing thehighest marketshare in India, but there are still somerecommendations from my study point of view is that AIRTEL needsto make its network service more strongesrthan other service providers to dominate themarket in futuretoo.AIRTEL should introduce cheaper rechargecards than the otherbecause its competitor HUTCH had introducedit.AIRTEL should sign more celebrities fromcricket and bollywood.
