I. The value of[he oil and gas working interest identified in Part VII, line 4, is bascd on average monthly income d~ing Ihe period x36 months. The wells arc located in Oklahoma (Folmar) and McClain (Lewis I-I I and Mooney) Counties, Oklahoma. 2. As to thc c~todial account shown in Par~ VII, filer is the custodian or co-siffacr of the bank account and assets in brokerage account ] is custodian as to limited partnership interests. Valuations ofpublicly traded funds are based on cost/market; values of limited partnership interests are based on book value 3~ "ll~e limited partnership interests indentified in Part VII, lines 10, I l, 12 and 16 also had interest or dividend income in addition to rental income (per K-I ). Th~ properties generating rental income ate in Cleveland County, OK.. 4. Norman Builders Supply (line 15 in 2008 report) was liquidated in prior years, with no proc~xl~ or gain as to the common stock interest by reason of the liquidation. 5. The aggregate ownership arrangement described as "Custodial Accotmt No. I" in 2008 and prior years has been deleted, a: "l is an adult and not a dependenl.
