INVESTMENT AND CONSTRUCTION

Investment refers to the expenditure of capital investment and geological works of

balance form of payment statistics.
The data on local budget investment and investment of establishment and individuals

of employees, average wages and price of main construction materials.
The current repairs and maintenances include all construction work performed for others

in a normal functional state.
A residential building refers to a construction of which at least half is used for residential
purposes.
A building is regarded as a non-residential building if the minor part of the building (i.e.

construction, including construction of railways, roads, bridges, highways, airports, sewages,
dams and irrigation, etc.
