Mulconery advised that the class consisted of three days of instruction, ending on August 22, 2001. Tho rootor ohows that Tammy D. Rice, Susan L. Larrinege, Sarah Martin, John Walhof & Michelle A. Callaham attended the class. Mulconery was unable to advise if there was a follow up class on September 5, 2001. The paperwork received from Mulconery was euiued inly evidence, On June 10, 2003, Linda DiBiase of LS! was telephonically interviewed conceming the possibility of a follow up class in Boise, Idaho on September 5, 2001. DiBiase stated that there was no follow up class in September 2001 and confirmed the information that she had sent to Mulconery. On June 10, 2003, Judy Retzioff an employee of the City of Boise, Human Resources Department was contacted. Retzloff does accounts payable for Human Resources, she was asked to locate receipts on Tammy Rice's purchases for August 20, 21, & 22, 2001 and September 5, 2001. ‘The paperwork showed that receipts for the purchases referred to above, at Louie's, Yen Ching, and Bardenay were each taped on a sheet of white paper. Written on the paper was the following, "Lunchos for Tammy, Suc, Sarah, John & Michelle while attending LS! course on Scientific Analysis in Boise 8/20 - 8/22/01.” Retzloff identified the hand writing as hers. Also stapled to the center of this sheet of white paper, was a roceipt from Doughty's Bistro dated September 5, 2001 for $41.55 written on the back of the receipt was the following, “Tammy business lunch with Pat Peterson.” Retzloff again identified herself as the author of that note. Retzloff provided copies of all four receipts, and she has maintained the originals in her file. The information provided by Boise City Legal Department, is in error as it relates foie expense incurred by Tammy Rice on September 5, 2001 for lunch while attendina lass in Boise.
