It may be that the greatest danger to the thoughtful reader will be his despondent reflection that God does not exist or at least has become remote and impersonal. On the other hand, the revised rationale of the agnostic may be to elevate man into God's abode, raising man's ego-image still higher. But what to rightly believe will become self-evident to thoughtful people when they know for certain that the horizons of the heavens are endless and that there is a Force unlimited by time and space which must be omnipotent and omnipresent to fashion and turn the endless wheels of the cosmos, wherein Earthman may be only an insignificant figure. For those who will think this material is science fiction in disguise, they are asked to delay judgment until the conclusion of the book. Meanwhile, a few of the problems encountered are shared with the reader. One foreign government complained to the U.S. State Department that their embassy staff were being badgered by the authors. In

another country the stay of the researcher was cut short when he was asked to leave. The Vatican registered a strong diplomatic protest with the President of the U.S.A. that one of its top emmissaries was interrogated and forcibly searched while bringing material into the U.S.A. for the authors. A special hearing of congressional and senate committees met in Washington to act on the refusal by a government agency to release unclassified information as required under the Freedom of Information Act. In another case, the researcher was taken into custody for attempting to photograph non-classified National Archives exhibits, and an executive order was secured to release him from detention. And just as offensive was a forceful reminder that the collecting of information and pictures from our former German enemies was treasonable under a still existing war-time statute. The drama of subterfuge on both sides went on and on and in itself would comprise a book of skirmishes with the military and science worlds that would be both laughable and yet lamentable. But as the story of the round wing plane unfolds, it will be realized how the authorities became committed to a bond of silence going back 30 years. Nevertheless, the gathering of information for this book was not simply a game of the pen versus the sword. It was a rivalry of serious intent by the authors and those who came to their aid to persuade the government sources to reveal long overdue facts on the UFO enigma. And for those opposing forces who had been made keepers of the secret by the previous generation, it was a concerted attempt to dissuade the authors to go home and forget about UFO's and the nation's possible involvement. It makes us feel like how early man must have felt when he stood on the African plains and trembled in fear at the crack of lightning accompanied by the earsplitting roar of thunder. We feel tiny and insignificant. Because of these feelings, when humans lack real knowledge about something we have a tendency to simply make things up in an attempt to fill that intellectual gap. When we didn't know the science behind lightning and thunder, we created a pantheon of gods whose anger became material in the form of bolts of fire from the heavens. When we didn't know what was beyond the earth and sky, we envisioned a giant turtle that held the world steadfast upon its immense back. When it became clear that there was no turtle holding the universe in place, philosophers placed the Earth at the center of creation with everything in the heavens revolving around it in an eternal dance of celestial obedience. This, however, did not sit well with those who still believed in the turtle. After all, the Earth as a round ball drifting in empty space seemed totally illogical; how could the Earth float magically without something to hold it in place. Where were the facts? Where was the proof? Where was the turtle? Those who believed that the Earth was the center of the universe made fun of the turtle believers. How could anyone believe in anything as stupid as a giant turtle holding the planet on its back? It was abundantly clear that God created the Earth so that means the Earth was the center of every thing. Sorry, no room in God's universe for a big turtle. However, those who believed in an Earth-centric universe did not have long to bask in their glory. A new kid on the block by the name of Copernicus told everyone that their long cherished beliefs were wrong, the Earth, along with the other planets, revolved around the sun. This, of course, seemed pretty rude to the "Earth is the center of creation" believers. Where were the facts they asked? Where was the proof? How could

God, who the Bible says made the Earth a special place, not put it in the center of everything? For a while, those who believed in the "Copernicus Theory" were severely persecuted by those who refused to let go of their long- held beliefs. Eventually it became clear that knowledge had once more progressed, leaving the past behind and old beliefs abandoned in the dust. Yet, things never really change. We say that we know so much, when we actually know very little. Geologists say that the Earth at its very center is composed of extremely dense, extremely hot, crystallized iron and nickel. However, there are those who say that the Earth is hollow and inside this subterranean realm there exists a world almost beyond belief; a world that is home to a rich diversity of life and, as some say, civilizations of superior beings who are the true masters of this planet. Scientists say that this is impossible, that the Earth is solid through and through. However, at this point in time, no scientist has actually ever been far enough underground to prove their theories. > On the other hand, there have been plenty of people throughout the centuries who have claimed to have journeyed to the underground world, seen the sights, met the people, and returned to tell their tales. The ancient Irish had a legend of a land beyond the sea where the sun always shone and it was always summer weather. They even thought that some of their heroes had gone there and returned after which they were never satisfied with their own country. Our knowledge of what lies beneath our feet is pretty slim. This makes a lot of people feel frightened and insecure. So they try to fill that gap in knowledge with theories and personal beliefs systems. But instead of taking the word of those who have never been beyond the first few feet of dirt in their backyard garden, perhaps we should consider those who say that they have been under the crust of the planet. Maybe we should listen to those who say that there is more to this world than we know; that there is another world underneath us that is ripe for discovery and exploration for those who are willing to take the chance and expand their knowledge. A Theory That Refuses to Die As theories go, the idea that the Earth is hollow does not garner a lot of respect. For most people, the hollow Earth is probably a close second to the Earth is flat theory on that big list of crack-pot ideas. Nevertheless, as long as there have been people able to sit around a camp-fire, tales of a mysterious inner world have been part of mankinds heritage. Unlike the flat Earth, or even the giant turtle, the hollow Earth has not disappeared into that great dustbin of quaint and old fashioned myths of our ancestors. No longer does anyone have stories to tell of angels taking them up on-high to view the flat Earth; but even into this modern age of spaceflight and personal computers, there are still claims of personal encounters with the lands and people of the inner world. The idea of the hollow Earth is still so tantalizing that Dr. Brooks Agnew, a physicist and engineer, is planning an upcoming expedition to the inner Earth in an attempt to find the northern polar opening. Dr. Agnew hopes to board the commercially owned Russian icebreaker Yamal in the port of Murmansk, and to sail into the polar sea just beyond Canada's Arctic islands. Everest has been climbed a hundred times, Mr. Agnew says. The Titanic has been scanned from stem to stern. [But] this is the first and only expedition to the North Pole opening ever attempted. Dr. Agnew is the latest in a long line of people to suggest the theory that humans live on the surface of a hollow planet, in which two undiscovered openings, near the North and South poles, connect the outer Earth with an interior realm. In the 17th century, English astronomer and mathematician Sir Edmond Halley, who calculated the orbit of Halley's Comet, advanced hollow-Earth theories, as did German scientist Athanasius Kircher. More recently the myth has experienced a slight revival, thanks in part to a 2006 book, by American author David Standish, titled Hollow Earth: The long and curious history of imagining strange lands, fantastical creatures, advanced civilizations, and marvelous machines below the Earth's surface. A year before the book was published; a Utah adventure guide named Steve Currey also tried to cash in on the hollow- Earth legend, by organizing an expedition to locate the North polar opening. Currey made a living organizing rafting trips to the world's wildest rivers. He knew how to hype exotic destinations and recruit would-be explorers on trips of a lifetime. It's not clear whether Currey was a true hollowEarth believer, or if he could simply see a good business opportunity. Whatever his beliefs, Currey somehow pinpointed the Arctic portal at 84.4 degrees north and 41 degrees east, roughly 400 kilometers northwest of Ellesmere Island. The North Pole inner Earth expedition was scheduled for the summer of 2006, with spaces offered to anyone with $20,000 to spare. There are no guarantees that this expedition will reach inner Earth," Currey cautioned on his Web site. "The expedition will make a good-faith effort to locate the North Polar opening and enter therein, but worst-case scenario is that we visit the geographic North Pole, explore the region, and continue on... When Currey died "suddenly of brain cancer" it was thought that the expedition would have to be cancelled, fortunately, Dr. Agnew stepped in to take his place. The trip was postponed to 2008. While he insists the journey has a genuine scientific purpose, Mr. Agnew also says the expedition will include several experts in

meditation, mythology and UFOs, as well as a team of documentary filmmakers > Randy Freeman, a Yellowknife writer commenting in the current issue of Up Here magazine, warns that; "besides heaps of throwaway cash, prospective cruisers should bring along enough gullibility to swallow an outlandish theory that, despite centuries of scorn, refuses to die." However, Dr. Agnew is unfazed by such criticism, promising a grand polar adventure, no matter what the outcome. If the polar opening isn't there, the voyage "will still make an outstanding documentary," he promises. "But if we do find something, this will be the greatest geological discovery in the history of the world." ...

Il savait que le fond de l'histoire tait vrai. Ceux qui font la promotion de l'ide d e la Terre creuse soutiennent que l'eau couled'une entre situe un ple jusqu' l'autre et, qu'au centre de laplante, on trouve une vaste mer et un soleil central intrieur qui procure de la chaleur et de la lumire. Dans la version cinmatographique de l'histoire de Jules Verne que j'ai visionne rcemment, lascne est reprsente de la mme manire. Il est trs intressant d'yconstater que le principal obstacle que les explorateurs de Verne ontaffront sont des reptiles, un de ceux qu'ils ont trouv dans la cit engloutie d'Atlantis. Il y a plusieurs hypothses, appuyes par certaines vidences, disant que les dinosaures peuvent avoir survcu le cataclysme d'il y a 65 millions d'annes, en vivant l'intrieur de la Terre,particulirement dans les rgions du ple Sud. Tom Rich, un palontologue du Muse de Victoria en Australie, a suggr cette possibilit aprs avoir dcouvert en 1987 les restes fossiliss d'un dinosaurepolaire dans un tunnel creus dans le sud de l'tat de Victoria, un endroit appel comme Dinosaur Cove . L'initi Jules Verne pourrait avoir connu la vritable situation. Bien des vrits ont t transmises par symbolisme dans les rcits et les films de science -fiction.Les films de Steven Spielberg sont d'excellents exemples, part iculirement la srie des films Indiana Jones, ainsi que le film JurassicPark au cours duquel l'ADN est manipul pour crer des dinosaures reptiliens. Lorsque vous posez seulement quelques petites questions la pense officielle, cela devient rapidement une srie de bgaiements sans rponse.. . Par exemple : la rotation de la plante cre une force centrifuge qui lancela matire vers l'extrieur, de la mme manire que la rotation du sche-linge propulse les vtements qui tournent autour d'un trou .Lorsque la plante tait en fusion et qu'elle tournoyait avant son refroidissement, comment cela peut-il avoir t solide en son noyau ?C'est contre la logique et les lois de l'nergie, et si vous regardez le Tableau 23 vous verrez comment la matire est projete vers l'extrieur pour tourner autour du noyau brillant ou soleil .La mme chose se produit en fait avec la Terre. Les chercheurs qui se penchent sur la Terre creuse ont suggr que la crote extrieure s'enfonce jusqu' plus de 1200 kilomtres, et qu'aprs cela la plante est creuse. Les gens vivent de l'autre ct de notre terre. Si vous pensez que c'est impossible, alors demandez-vous pourquoi les Australiens ne tombent pas de la Terre, mme s'ils sont du ct oppos l'hmisphre nord ! Si la Terre est creuse, les autres plant esqui ont t formes de la mme manire que la Terre et qui sont sujettes aux mmes lois doivent galement tre creuses. Combien de civilisations vivent l'intrieur de ces plantes pendant que les humains cherchent la vie uniquement la vie en surface ? Voici quelques questions pour les partisans du noyau terrestre solide : Pourquoi les icebergs sont faits d'eau douce alors quela seule eau qui serait disponible aux ples, selon les opinions traditionnelles, serait l'eau de mer ? D'o provient la vgtation retrouve l'intrieur de ces icebergs ? Certains livres rvlent les preuves dtailles de la Terre intrieure, et je peux vous recom mander notamment The Hollow Earth du Dr Raymond Bernard, qui est un excellent rsum de cette thorie.Un homme est reconnu pour avoir vol vers l'intrieur de la Terre par le ple Nord en 1947 sur une distance de 2 700 kilomtres aprsle nord magntique et au ple Sud en 1956 sur une distance de 3 600kilomtres aprs le sud magntique. Cet homme est l'amiral RichardE. Byrd, un personnage bien connu dans la marine amricaine. Il anomm la terre qu'il avait trouv ce continent enchant dans le ciel et la terre du mystre ternel. En 1947, Byrd et ses passagers onttransmis en direct, sur les ondes radio, pendant qu'ils volaient l'intrieur de la plante et ils ont vu la glace des rgions du nord remplace par des terres sans glaciers, des lacs et des mon tagnes couvertes d'arbres. Ils ont dcrit d'tranges animaux ressemblant des mammouths. La

Palmer a appel l'imprimeur mais on lui a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de reu d'expdition pour prouver que l'expdition avait eu lieu... Lorsqu'il a demand ce que l'diti on soit imprime nouveau, on lui a dit que les plaques avaientt lourdement endommages et que c'tait impossible... Palmer croyait que les ovnis ne provenaient pas de l'espace mais de l'intrieur de laTerre, et c'tait une partie de son article dans ce tte malheureuse dition. Je pense qu'il peut avoir raison. L'ancien rcit pique du Ramayana dcrit Rama comme un missaire arrivant d'Agharta envaisseau arien.Les lgendes propos des peuples de la Terre intrieure et des races suprieures de blonds aux yeux bleus peuvent tre retrouvesdans d'innombrables cultures ancestrales dont la Chine, le Tibet,l'Egypte, l'Inde, l'Europe, les Amriques, et la Scandinavie. Dans sonouvrage Paradise Found, or the Cradle of tbe Human Race, WilliamF. Warren suggre que les humains auraient leurs origines sur un continent tropical de l'Arctique, une terre ensoleille o une race dedieux aurait vcu pendant plus de mille ans sans vieillir. Warren tablitdes liens entre ce paradis nordique et le concept grec de l'Hyperbore .Les Inuits, qui pourraient descendrent des peuples de la Terre intrieure, ont des lgendes racontant qu'il y a une le paradisiaque dansle nord, une terre merveilleuse de lumire perptuelle o il n'y a aucunenoirceur ni ensoleillement extrme, un endroi t o les gens vivent pendant des milliers d'annes dans la paix et dans la joie. On retrouvegalement un rcit similaire dans une lgende irlandaise. Certaineslgendes racontent que c'est vers la Terre intrieure que certains Lmuriens et Atlantes en fuite ont trouv l'asile au temps de la grande agitation gologique et du dluge la surface terrestre. Platon parlaitde mystrieux passages qui existaient dedans et autour du continent atlanten, des tunnels la fois larges et troits, l'intrieur de laTerre . Il a galement fait la description du grand chef qui est assissur le nombril de la Terre... l'interprte de la religion pour toute l'humanit . L'crivain romain Caius Plinius Secundus, mieux connusous le nom de Pline l'Ancien, faisait allusion des peuples vivantsous terre aprs s'tre enfuis de l'Atlantide, et certaines traditions voquent certains habitants de la Terre intrieure qui sont nomms Troglodytes lesquels, selon Pline, auraient cach un merveilleux et trs ancien trsor dans leurs tunnels. D'autres histoires regorgent au sujet des soucoupes volantes construites par les Nazis avant et pendant la guerre sous des programmes contrls par la Socit Thul et Vril. Le chercheur allemand Jan van Helsing et plusieurs autres ont donn des dtails propos decette technologie qui a t applique aprs 1934, notamment le chasseur Vril-1, le Vril7 ainsi que le Haunebu 1, 2 et 3. Ce typed'appareils, et d'autres, taient communment connus des allis sousl'appellation Foo Fighters (chasseurs Foo). Wen delle C. Mais il existe un documentai re vido UFO- The Secrets of the Third Reich, dont le chercheur et confrencier Vladomir Terziski offre sur ce sujet du matriel profusion. Lessoucoupes volantes allemandes avaient apparemment plusieurs problmes et limitations techniques qui ont t rs olus aprs la guerre.En 1938, selon certains chercheurs dans ce domaine, une expdition allemande aurait eu lieu vers l'Antarctique dirige par un porte-avions, le Schwabenland. Une rgion de 600 000 kilomtres de montagnes et de lacs sans glace aurait t dclare territoire allemand ... Le territoire a t nomm Neuschwabenland (NouvelleSwabia) et serait devenu une norme base militaire nazie. En 1947,on dit que l'amiral Byrd (cet homme qui a vol l'intrieur de la Terre par les ples Nord et Sud) aurai t entrepris une trange mission navale vers l'Antarctique. Il a amen avec lui 4 000 soldats et un porte -avions dot de tous les quipements. Aprs 8 semaines et de nombreuxmorts et blesss, certains chercheurs disent qu'ils se sont retirs. Ce qui s'est p roduit demeure un mystre, mais Byrd a dit publiquement par la suite que l'amre ralit serait qu'en cas d'une nouvelle guerre,on pourrait s'attendre des attaques d'avions qui pourraient volerd'un ple l'autre... Il a ajout qu'il y avait une civilisa tion trs volue en Antarctique, et qu'avec les SS, ils utilisaient des technologiestrs avances.

Alors pourquoi les Nazis n'ont-ils pas gagn la guerre ?Eh bien ! premirement il semble qu'il y avait un conflit entre les socits secrtes nazies et deuximement, la technologie de la soucoupe volante tait encore loin d'tre parfaite ! Les autres approvisionnementsen ptrole ont t assurs par la Standard Oil via le centre financieret forteresse de la Fraternit, la Suisse. Le prsident de la StandardOil Company of New Jersey (maintenant Exxon [et 550 ailleurs dansle monde n.d.t.]) tait William Stamps Farish, un ami intimed'Hermann Schmitz, le prsident d'I.G. Farben... Le petit-fils de Farish,William Farish III, est un des membres du cercle restreint qui entoureGeorge Bush et il reoit galement la reine d'Angleterre et le prince Philippe sa rsidence. Farish et la reine lvent leurs chevauxensemble. Le pre de Bush, Prescott Bush, qui tait le pilier de la Skull&Bones Society, tait un des bailleurs de fonds d'Hitler. Il l'a financ travers une compagnie subsidiaire du nom de United BankingCorporation (UBC) dont il tait un directeur et un trs influent personnage. La UBC tait relie la W.A. Harriman Company of NewYork (Brown Brothers, Harriman aprs 1933) avec le rseau d'affairesde Fritz Thyssen, l'entrepreneur de l'acier et banquier allemand qu afinanc Hitler ds les annes 20. La compagnie d'Harriman, toutcomme la J.P. Morgan et l'empire Rockefeller, tait finance par lesPayseur et les Rothschild. Pendant ce temps, les Rothschild tenait la bride de la I.G. Farben d'Hitler...Parmi ceux qui tait sur le conseil de la filiale amricaine de laI.G. Le cerveau de tout ce support merveilleusement coordonn tait Montagu Norman (COM300), le gouverneur de la Banque d'Angleterre qui tait dirige par les Rothschild. Norman tait un associ de Hjalmar Schact, qui lui est devenule conseiller financier d'Hitler et le prsident de la German Reichsbank.Ces deux-l taient de bons potes au point que Schact a prnommun de ses petit-fil, Norman ! Lorsque les Nazis ont envahi la Tchcoslovaquie, Norman a offert la valeur de 6 millions de livres pour Hitler, qui ont t dposes Londres. ce sujet, les deux signaturesqui confirmaient la nomination de Schact en tant que prsident de laReichsbank, le 17 mars 1933, taient celles d'Adolf Hitler et de MaxWarburg, l'homme de paille des Rothschild. La pl upart des personnes juives croient que des familles comme les Rothschild et les Warburg(qui se proclament d'origine juive...) taient de leur ct... Rienn'est plus loign de la ralit ! Recently Frank Edwards, courageously outspoken radio and television commentator, was quoted as saying: "Orders of secrecy (re UFOs) come from the top. The Air Force is simply the `fall guy.'"Edwards, an outstanding pioneer in the field of Ufology, has long carried on a crusade to expose official censorship and the withholding of facts relating toUFOs from the public. As a friend and acquaintance of Edwards for many years, I feel that he knows whereof he speaks; and I concur with the above-expressed opinion. Recent revelations from various sources have served to substantially confirm his conclusion. It is with this thought in mind that the facts have been brought together for the reader's information and consideration.For years many UFO investigators have felt that the Air Force was in possession of facts relating to UFOs which they were withholding from the public for reasons known only to themselves. Various opinions to this effect have appeared in print in recent years. A few of the most authoritative are quoted below.In 1958, Bulkley Griffin, of the New Bedford, Mass. Standard-Times Washingtonbureau, wrote an excellent series of articles for that paper, one of which was entitled: "Pentagon's Censorship on UFOs is Effective." The following is a quotation from that article:"It has been asked what right has a military organization to monopolize control of the UFO situation and seriously interfere with the public's knowledge regarding it.To this the Air Force has its own answer. Regulation 200-2 starts: `The Air Force investigation and analysis of UFOs over the United States are directly related toits responsibility for the defense of the United States.' Later (in 200-2) the UFOsare listed as a `possible threat to the security of the United States.'But why the broad and persistent Air Force secrecy on UFOs? This essential question lacks a definite answer. The CIA, to an unknown extent, and the FBI, in individual cases, have taken an interest in the situation. Neither outfit is famed for unloading facts upon the public. The National Security Council operates in like fashion.The staff of the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations has done some study on the UFO-Air Force matter, and has decided not to investigate, and to hold no hearings open or closed. This is a victory for the Air Force, which is earnestly and discretely fighting any Congressional probe."Late in 1958 another equally fine series of articles, by John Lester, appeared int he Newark Star Ledger. The following is a pertinent excerpt: "A news story revealing that government personnel are tracking mysterious objects was hailed yesterday as `one of the most important developments in the flying saucer problem. Major Donald E. Keyhoe, Chairman of the National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena, said: `The newspaper's disclosures confirmed publicly what has been known to our investigations committee, i. e., that many highly qualified observers know that flying saucers are real and under intelligent control.'Keyhoe, a retired Marine officer, added that `this revelation by the Star-Beacon should help to bring down official censorship, which is keeping the truth from the public.'Behind the scenes, the Air Force and the Central Intelligence Agency are withholding the facts until they decide what to tell the American people.One conclusion by a high Air Force intelligence agent is that the unidentified flying objects are interplanetary vehicles." An item entitled "News Management" appeared in the January-February 1963issue of Keyhoe's "UFO Investigator." In it, reference is made to a statement byCongressman John E. Moss, Chairman of the House Subcommittee onGovernment Information. This statement appeared in the Washington-World, in which Moss said:"Tighter controls are being used for greater manipulation of information on theDepartment of Defense level....Information officers of the various services maybe relegated to the status of a ventriloquist's dummy. The public does not have to prove its right to know."Congressman Moss has told NICAP that his Committee is authorized to examine evidence showing the withholding of specific UFO reports or documents, though it is not empowered to investigate the general issue of UFO censorship.Major Keyhoe, it may be added, has steadfastly adhered to the belief that flying saucers are real, prior to and following his first published article on the subject in the January 1950 issue of True Magazine.Reference has been made to the CIA playing a role in the UFO secrecy picture.Further evidence of this fact is contained in a paragraph of the book "InsideSaucer Post 3-0 Blue," by Leonard H. Stringfield, formerly a well-known UFO investigator of Cincinnati, Ohio. On Page 42 of his book, Stringfield has this to say:"The statement itself came from Mr. A. D., of a certain top agency inWashington. Said A. D.: `Yes, I did have a case for Federal Court. However, by use of the injunction, if necessary, he would prevent anyone from testifying in court concerning this book, because maximum security exists concerning the subject of the UFOs. My attorney therefore suggested we drop the case.... AirForce saucer files, therefore, are .....under the lock and key of `maximum security.'"Several years after the publication of his book, Stringfield confirmed that the Mr. A. D. referred to was Allan Dulles, former director of the CIA. Stringfield's experience served to illustrate the serious interest which this agency has in theUFO matter. At one time, along with many others, it was my opinion that it was the Air Force who were withholding the true facts about the UFOs. However, as a result of later developments, I no longer adhere to that conviction. One of the principal factors in my change of opinion was a conversation with the late Wilbert B.Smith, approximately two years before he passed away. During the course of this conversation, I asked Mr. Smith whether it was the Air Force or some other department of government that was keeping UFO information from the public.Mr. Smith replied that it was not the Air Force but "a small group very high up in the government." Upon further questioning, Mr. Smith refused to identify the group to which he had reference, and quickly led the conversation into other channels.It was not until publication of the book "The Invisible Government" in May, 1964,that the apparent key to this mystery was at last provided. The book states:"The Special Group was created early in the Eisenhower years under the secret order 54/12. It was known in the innermost circle of the Eisenhower Administration as the "54/12 Group'' and is still so called by a few insiders. It has operated for a decade as the hidden power of the Invisible Government.....TheSpecial Group has operated in an atmosphere of secrecy exceeding that of any other branch of the United States Government.... CIA men generally have theSpecial Group in mind when they insist that their agency has never set policy,but has only acted on `higher authority.'"Newsweek of June 22nd, 1964, carried a review of "The Invisible Government"which stated: "One of their major revelations is the existence of the SpecialGroup `54/12,' a hitherto Classified adjunct of the National Security Council,specifically charged by the President with ruling on special operations. Practically speaking, there are no higher-level figures imaginable than the composition of '54/12.' Names of members of the Group follow at this point.Was the "54/12 Group" the "small group very high up in Government" to which Wilbert Smith had reference? In view of the preceding facts, it would seem thatthe logical answer to this question could very well be in the affirmative: And, if this assumption is correct, it could provide the answer as to why all attempts to date to obtain open hearings on the UFO matter have met with failure.Whether the just-published volume "The UFO Evidence," - NICAP's Six YearReport on factual evidence, - can be the key that will unlock the door to openCongressional hearings on the UFO problem, remains an unanswerable question.One can only hope that it will, and that as a result, the public will eventually realize their inalienable right to know the truth about the UFOs. In fact, it has been a matter of high and probably pre-eminent interest for decades.An early Canadian ufologist, Wilbert Smith, who was a senior employee at the Department of Transport, where I became minister not long after his retirement, wrote a top secret memorandum to the Controller of Communications dated November 21, 1950 asking permission to set up a group to study the geomagnetic aspects of UFOs propulsion systems.As part of his memorandum Smith said that he had made discreet enquiries through the Canadian embassy staff in Washington where he obtained the following information.(a) The matter is the most highly classified subject in the United States Government, rating higher even than the H-bomb.(b) Flying saucers exist.(c) Their modus operandi is unknown but concentrated effort is being made by a small group, headed by Doctor Vannevar Bush. (d) The entire matter is considered by the United States authorities to be of tremendous significance. So, Dr. Vannevar Bush, one of Americas pre-eminent scientists, and a team of experts he had assembled, were already working on back-engineering by 1950. (Back-engineeringis the combined art and science of analyzing an object, in this case parts of a crashed vehicle, in order to determine its characteristics for possible replication or adaptation.) Many people who are interested in the subject of UFOs use one of the Roswell crashes of July 1947 as their starting line. Recent evidence, however, confirms that the U.S. Army Air Corps was in the crash retrieval business before that. Paola Harris, on July 5, 2010 interviewed two men, Jose Padilla and Reme Baca, aged 9 and 7 at the time, who witnessed a saucer crash on Padilla land near San Antonio, New Mexico, in August 1945. In her new book Exopolitics: Stargate to a New Reality , Paola gives the detailed account of what these men saw as children, the actual crash, the creatures appearance, the pieces of the craft they took, the military clean up, and an in-depth analysis of the significance of the case.I had the opportunity to chat with Reme Baca by telephone recently and the thing that stuck in my mind was that when Sgt. Avila came to ask Mr. Padillas permission to enter his land to retrieve the object, he referred to it as an experimental weather balloon.That was exactly the same ruse that Brigadier General Roger Ramey used in reference to the Roswell incident two years later. Apparently there was a considerable lack of imagination on the Armys part. In later years the Air Force, that had succeeded the Army Air Corps, became much more sophisticated in its misinformation and disinformation techniques. These include having the Star Visitors portrayed in movies as sinister beings that we should be fearful of probably without justification.Another fascinating case that Paola brought to my attention not long ago was that of Charles Hall, the physicist and information technology professional, who worked as an airman meteorologist at the USAF bombing and gunnery range at Indian Springs,Nevada, in the 1960s.Charles worked in close contact with Tall Whites, a species that I had been previously unfamiliar with. Over a period of months he learned to lose his fear of the aliens who lived, worked and played on Air Force property.In a two-hour telephone conversation he gave me many of the characteristics of the Whites, described the scout ships in which they travelled and said most of them were assembled in the U.S. Furthermore, he talked about the mother ship arriving on the nights of the full moon and sliding into its hangar cut into the side of a mountain nearby.It was all fascinating stuff that included the fact that the Tall Whites were working closely with the USAF and exchanging technology in the mid-1960s. So it is very difficult to imagine how much has been achieved in 60 years of backengineering alien technology that was much more advanced than our own. There is no doubt that myriad scientists, technicians, and many of Americas most advanced aircraft and weapons corporations must have achieved what would have been classified as miracles just a few years ago.It is alleged that the U.S. engineers working in one of the vast underground facilities have built vehicles that are virtually indistinguishable from those of other planets. If this is true, to what purpose will they be put, and will it be for good purposes or military purposes? The area of discovery that is most relevant to this presentation, however, is the question of exotic energy sources. Years ago it was reported that both zero point and cold fusion energy had been developed. These are energy sources that could facilitate the 10-year target date and not only revolutionalize the world for the better, but help preserve it as a happy habitat for Earthlings. In the unlikely event that these sources are not yet commercially viable, all we would have to do is ask one of the friendly species to help us and they would because they are deeply concerned about our stewardship. Aristotle, Plato, Pliny, Lucretius and most other philosophers believed that the Gods were supermen living in the realms above. A century ago a German grocer Heinrich Schliemann, using the Iliad as a guide, defied the ridicule of the professors and dug up Troy. Implications for the Environment: We have identified insiders and scientists who can prove, in open Congressional hearings, that we do in fact possess classified energy generation and anti-gravity propulsion systems capable of completely and permanently replacing all forms of currently used energy generation and transportation systems. These devices access the ambient electromagnetic and so-called zero point energy state to produce vast amounts of energy without any pollution. Such systems essentially generate energy by tapping into the ever-present quantum vacuum energy state the baseline energy from which all energy and matter is fluxing. I remember when Canadian banks were required to maintain a cash reserve of 8 percent.That means they were allowed to lend the same money 12 times.Today, thanks to Milton Friedmans irrational flip-flop from being a proponent of 100% cash reserves to the opposite extreme of zero reserves, and the adoption of his ideas by the major central banks of the world in 1974, multiples have increased dramatically in some cases to as much as 20 to 1 or more.Banks only keep enough cash to meet day-to-day demands for those few customers who go in and request it, and consequently the fraud is virtually total.The system works this way. The story of the discovery begins in the late 1970s with a rich cotton farmer in Arizona named David Hudson. Because the volcanic soil in that region had unusual properties,and the underlying rock was known to contain precious metals, he decided to have a complete elemental quantitative analysis done on it. His analysts were then puzzled to find a fraction which defied analysis: it had no metallic characteristics, no chemical reactions and no spectroscopic signature. Eventually one spectroscopist suggested giving it a "longer burn". It was only then that spectral characteristics began to appear and, most surprisingly, they were suggestive of certain precious metals. Clearly this demanded further investigation so, having considerable private finances, Hudson hired some chemists and determined to solve the problem. The results of what he found are written up in considerable detail in his patent. He also gave a number of public lectures. It was from watching nine hours of videotape of these that I first learned about the phenomenon.However, no single article on this subject has appeared in any scientific journal. It is

because Hudson's claims are so challenging that I have delayed writing about it, in the hope of finding academic confirmation. While no official academic research appears tobe underway, a loose group of scientists and lay people has been working on this subject for a number of years. Without the benefit of funding or official laboratory premises, and having no connection with Hudson, they have managed to reproduce at least some of his claimed findings. Their work, together with that of Hudson, is summarised in a number of articles by Barry Carter on his very extensive and informative website. There are also several lively Internet email forums, one of which, a science working group, discusses various aspects of the chemistry and physics as well as the methodology for extracting and analysing these materials.So what conclusions can be drawn so far? It is becoming clear that, with this discovery,we are entering into a new and very complex area and are still very low on the learning curve. Indeed, it might be said that a new chapter in physics, chemistry and biology is being opened. The basic fact seems now beyond doubt, both from Hudson's work and that of the independent group, that a number of precious (and some not so precious)metals, including ***SILVER***, rhodium, iridium, gold, platinum, palladium, copper and several others ,can exist in a completely different state, in which they are not metallicbeing grey or white powders when isolated in the solid state.Hudson made three other main claims, which could be more arguable. He said that, in the ORMUS form of these elements, the electrons are re-arrangedin such a way that they no longer participate in chemical reactions. Likewise, the bonds which normally hold metal atoms together in the solid form are lacking, so that they would be effectively monatomic . Because of this, he originally named them Orbitally Re-arranged Monatomic Elements, or ORMEs. More recent work now suggests that at least some of these may be d ia t o mi c , and also that very loose bonds can exist with certain other elements, particularly alkaline metals. Hence the generic name has been changed to ORMUS. They are also frequently referred to as the M-state of these elements.Another, and still more radical, claim is that the electron re-arrangement involved the formation of Cooper pairs, so that they can be (or can become with certain treatments) superconductive at normal temperatures. In support of this, Barry Carter has posted ashort video file showing a grey powder jumping away from a magnet. It can be argued, however, that this "grain-hopping"phenomenon does not, of itself, prove superconductivity. Without going further into this controversy, it is worth mentioning that there are a few mainstream publications which Hudson claimed could provide indirect support.
These identify a "high-spin" state into which certain heavy metal atoms can be made to enter and in which the nucleus becomes elongated and takes on a higher value of spin. But no one has obtained this kind of matter in bulk.Hudson performed analyses on a wide variety of materials and reported finding ORMUS elements in most of the samples of soil he tested, but especially soils from volcanic regions. Other researchers later found them to be present in most samples of natural waters tested, with particularly high concentrations being present in the sea and especially the Dead Sea. One researcher has even found it in the air. (Here it is perhaps not too surprising that even a heavy element in the monatomic form could behave like a rare gas.)Hudson's chemists made analyses of a number of plant tissues and found ORMUS to be highest in plants, especially

aloe vera,which are grown in volcanic soils. They also analysed calf and pig brain tissue and obtained a remarkable five per cent of thedry-matter content. These

analyses are not easy, since they require conversion of the ORMUS content back into the metal form. For analytical purposes, this occurs during the "long-burn"spectroscopic procedure used by Hudson. But to prepare the metals in bulk is a very lengthy procedure, and one far from being sufficiently worked out or described. Very few of the independent researchers have access to the facilities necessary for spectroscopy, and I know of none who is in a position to do this kind of work officially. Unfortunately, for a variety of reasons(financial and legal have been suggested), Hudson himself does not appear to be doing any more of this work.A great deal more needs to be done on the physics and chemistry, not least to elucidate some of the

extraordinary phenomena which have been observed. For example, on drying an aqueous Weight to oscillate violently with each

preparation of ORMUS rhodium on filter paper in sunlight, Hudson observed it to disappear with an intense flash of light, but with no sound or shock wave. Still more strange, when working with ORMUS iridium and subjecting it to repeated heating to red heat and cooling, he found its

cycle of annealingeven, at one point, to lose and then regain ALL of its weight. This result has been incorporated into the hyperdimensional theory of Finnish theoretical physicist Matti Pitknen.

All of the data on human health, however, has to be classed as anecdotal. There have been no clinical trials, not even any collated tables of results. And here, of course, it

has to be understood how much care needs to be taken not to make medical claims for materials such as these, for which no precise analyses exist. While eschewing medical criteria, however, one can show amore immediate effect of ORMUS by certain techniques widely used to monitor the effectiveness of energy medicine therapies.One is dark-field microscopy of the blood. In a few hours after taking ORMUS (as with many other beneficial treatments, such as acupuncture, massage, etc.), a person's red cells are shown to become more rounded and well-separated and the amount of debris in the serum decreases. There are also reports from EEGstudies of increasing balance between left and right hemispheres of the brain.Another promising technique is bioelectrography. This is amore general term to cover Kirlian photography and later developments from it. It has been elaborated into a quantitative science by Dr Konstantin Korotkov. Here I report my own experience. I had been taking aproprietary preparation of ORMUS for about one year, and had been aware of increased energy and a feeling of "well-being". For the test, I used the GDV (gas discharge visualisation) equipment designed by Dr Korotkov. First, I ceased to take the ORMUS fora period of two weeks, then took an initial (control) reading withthe GDV, and immediately after this I took a large dose of ORMUS (six times the recommended daily dose), and then took further readings at intervals subsequently. Figure 1 [not shown here; Ed.] shows the time course of the response, in which the area of the image rose to a maximum of 1.5 times the control at about four hours, then declined slowly over the next 12 hours.From Dr Korotkov's extensive work with the GDV, it is clear that,of the many parameters of the image which can be analysed, the area is the one most indicative of general health.For readers who want to make some of these products themselves, see descriptions of methods on Barry Carter'swebsite. The simplest procedure involves merely raising the pHof a solution of sea salt to between10.6 and 10.78. The resulting precipitate, mainly magnesium and calcium hydroxides, carries down theORMUS elements with it. It only remains to wash out the bulk of thesalt. ORMUS results in agriculture In view of the difficulties in obtaining scientific data on human health, most of the emphasis must goto the effects on plants. These are unarguable, and are indeed phenomenal. They can be seen on several websites. The preparation most used is the simplest and cheapest: a crude concentrate made from sea water. There is in fact a history, prior to the discovery of ORMUS, of the use of products from the sea,particularly seaweed, in agriculture. Some people have even reported good results from putting unaltered seawater on the land.Dr Maynard Murray recorded a great deal of data on the healthof animals fed on grain from sea watertreated land. One experiment was done with a strain of mice, of which 90 per cent normally develop spontaneous breast cancer. Of those fed the grain from treated land, however, only 55 per cent developed the cancer, and in the second generation this figure was reduced to two per cent. Of course, land so treated would eventually become over salinated and the yields would decrease. The procedure to concentrate ORMUS, however, probably increases its ratio to salt about 80 times. We note Dr Murray's comment that human populations where malignancy is rare tend to be found in areas where there is "very little egress of water to the sea", so that the vital elements washed down from the mountains remain to be re-utilised. Very little of the concentrate is required: from four to 20 litres per acre [~0.405 hectare], depending on the crop. The results of using ORMUS concentrate, however, far outstrip those with seawater. Indeed, without the photographic evidence, they would be

A plum tree produced, in the first year of treatment, individual fruit nearly twice the weight of those from the control tree, and in the second year they were over five times the weight. One photograph shows maize plants so high that the owner has to stand on a stepladder to reach the top.They appear to be some 12 feet [~3.6 metres] high. Oranges were produced the size of canteloupe melons! There are many other examples. In addition, there are consistent reports by those using ORMUS that ORMUS-treated crops are not only much more productive, but they also mature earlier, need less fertiliser and have greater resistance to pests. They even taste better!My own experience is with potatoes. Of four rows (comprised of two varieties), two were treated and two received an equivalent watering. At harvest, the aggregate weight of the controls was 31pounds [~1.41 kilograms] and the treated was 58 pounds [~2.63kilograms]. In addition, although I have no strict controls, some of my carrots have weighed over one pound [~454 grams].There has been a consistent finding that yields further increase during the second and subsequent years after treatment. This is very probably due to the effect of ORMUS in building up the soil's content of mycorrhizaethe fungal symbionts which are necessary for plant growth. We have yet to give
hard to believe. For example, a walnut tree treated over several years has grown to over twice the height of control

sufficient recognition to the importance of these fungi. They become seriously depleted by overuse of chemical fertilisers and herbicides.Of course, there is no proof that these results, impressive as they are, are dueto ORMUS. Some might still argue that the effects are due to supplementation with conventional minerals. This, as with so much of the foregoing, must await more precise scientific work.

Potential applications for ORMUS elements

However, there is no call to wait for such work before making use of these discoveries. The growth of world population is inexorable; at the same time, the area of arable land is limited and already is nearly all cultivated. If it is possible to increase production even two times with this very cheap sea waterpreparation, then abundance would replace the starvation which otherwise looms over us. And, even without the use of ORMUSas a direct supplement, human health would be greatly enhanced.Furthermore, since sea water cannot be patented, there is little danger that multinational companies would be able to corner the market and sell the product at inflated prices, beyond the means of Third World farmers.How has it come about that plants, land animals and humans seem to be chronically deficient in these elements? Since they are so concentrated in sea water, one might suppose that, during the life of the Earth, they have been largely washed into the sea. This could provide a partial explanation for the increasing desertification of so much of the land. And the general decline inplant growth would contribute to the rise we are seeing in atmospheric carbon dioxide, and thus to global warming.Treating large areas of land could thus have immense benefits in offsetting global warming. One could imagine spraying large areas, especially forests, from aeroplanes. In addition, to replace fossil fuels, it would be possible to produce much greater quantities of biofuel crops on smaller areas of land.Time is short. If we are to avert the worst environmental catastrophe, many kinds of actions need to be taken. Amongthese, a very important
