IamemployedasaSpecialAgent("SA")withtheDepartmentofHomelandSecurity("DHS"),UnitedStatesImmigrationandCustomsEnforcement("ICE"),HomelandSecurityInvestigations("HSI")andhavebeensoemployedsinceAugust2009.IamcurrentlyassignedtotheOfficeoftheSpecialAgentInCharge,LosAngeles("SAC/LA")IntellectualPropertyRights("IPR")group.WhileaSAwithICEHIS,I,haveinvestigatedandassistedotheragentsininvestigatingnumerousinvestigationsinvolvingviolationsregardingfraudandIntellectualPropertyRights(IPR).PriortomyemploymentwithICEHSIasaSA,IservedasaStudentTrainee(CriminalInvestigator)withICEforapproximatelyoneyearattheSAC/LABorderEnforcementSecurityTaskForce,(BEST),SAC/LANarcoticsandSmugglinggroups.Mydutiesincludedassistingagentsininvestigatingnarcoticstraffickingandhumansmugglingviolations.FurthermoreasanICEstudenttrainee,Iparticipatedandassistedotherstateandfederalagenciesinawidevarietyofinvestigations.
