: Please register in person for classes and re-treats by arriving 15 minutes early. Pre-registration is notneeded except where specified.

the Center’s rent, phone, and administrative expenses

Sittings
Sittings are appropriate for all levels. There is no set fee,but an opportunity to contribute Dana to the Center.
Weekly Open Sittings
Mondays 5:30 - 6:45 pm Wednesdays 7:15 - 8:45 pmSit together with other sangha members in a relaxed at-mosphere. A silent meditation period of 45 minutes isfollowed by an optional discussion facilitated by a teach-er or practice leader. Meditation guidance available uponrequest.
