Prana Yama/Prana KriyaThis technique is taught during the 21 day process at theOneness University, with the purpose of preparing andstrengthening both the physical and energy bodies.Prana Yama one: Lower physical bodyGyana Mudra (make an ok sign, index to tip of thumb),palms down on the thighs, spine erect.Breathe in a 1:2 ratio (inhale, then exhale for double theamount of time you inhaled)Prana Yama 2: Mid (to neck) physical bodyThumb to base line of pinky(1), curl the other fingers overthumb(2), palms down on the thighs. Keep the handsrelaxed.Breathe in a 1:1:2 pattern (inhale:hold:exhale)1. 2.
