Step 2 - Signing up

Go to the Ningwebsite at www.ning.com.2.
Click on the “SignUp” link to begin to create yourown social network.3.
Create a personal Ning ID by completing each of the followingsteps below (name, valid email address, password, birthday,code).

When you are done, click on the blue “Sign Up” link.

1. In the screen below, type in the name of the social network you wantto create. The name of your social network can be anything youwant.2. Then type inthe name of your webaddress.Ideally, you willwant to createa web addresssimilar to thename of your social network.3. Ning requiresyour webaddress to beat least sixletters long.4. Click on the “CREATE” button when you are done.

Fill in the basic information about the network you are creating.Determine your privacy settings, tagline, description, keyworkds,and preferred language.
6.
Click on the blue “Next” button when you are finished.
