1. The time has come in our journey: Start yourengines!2. Do people draw strength from you? Are they fedfrom your nature or drained by it? Be a nurturer,not an impairer3. Have you learned how to be a team leader? Teammember? These skills must be learned. Not? Now issoon enough.4. Running meetings well is essential for teamleadership. Ask candid associates what they think of  the meetings you run.5. You’re layers beneath your CEO? Your job: contribute to the generation of ideas. Do it and yourwork soon will be felt upwards.6. CEOs are on the lookout for team-builders. They know‘em when they see ‘em. Be one and you’ll be seen.7. Think of team in everything you do.
