SECTION 5: MARKET NEED Please outline your research/consultation which demonstrates the market need for the qualification(s) identified above. As India has a growth rate of 7% + per year and every day new companies are starting every day. There is a huge market requirement for fresh MBA in various disciplines. Students are very keen to have a degree in business management field. It is important because to be a successful manager, an individual need skills in decision-making, financial analysis, and interpersonal relationships. He also needs the ability to apply those skills in a context of constraints, opportunities, and alternatives. Professional management programs are based on the premise that people can learn to manage all types of business situations more effectively. In last 10 yrs more than 200 different multinational companies have established here in India. Who in order to provide world class service require well trained managers. This has enabled many colleges to start MBA program in different faculty. Various companies like Reliance have expanded their business not in field of Oil but in Telecom, textile, Super stores etc. Even during the recession period India still was least effected and things were normal in no time. These growths do require many graduates who have business management skills. This allows companies to be competitive and use new innovative ideas to promote business. I would say this growth is the most important reason that we should have a course like the one ABP provides where in students with some experience can get a world class degree and be competitive in the market and get into employment in their respective field.

Most of the student will have 2-3 years of work experience also many at times a student might not have proper degree but have a vast experience. Still due to lack of a degree he/she cant get into a better employment. This course will help those students where they can get a world class degree at Indian fees. ANNEX A: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT For and on behalf of the Centre named above (hereinafter referred to as we, our or Centre), I the signatory at page 2 of this application affirm that: All the criteria within this Application will be adhered to for the assessment and delivery of the Qualification(s) to which this Application relates. All Information provided to ABP in conjunction with this Application and any relevant accompanying documentation is complete and accurate.
Further, I agree that: a) My centre will only deliver and assess units for which we have appropriate staff and physical resources. The terms and conditions set out in this Application are subject to variation. The Centre will co-operate fully with ABP to ensure delivery of the Qualification(s) to the required standards. Approval may be withdrawn at ABPs sole discretion in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions. Prior to Approval being granted, the Centre may only recruit learners for ABP courses through publicity clearly annotated subject to ABP approval. Approval will only be official when confirmed in writing by ABP and will be limited by the terms of that confirmation. We will not make use of any Intellectual Property owned by ABP without the latters express consent. Copies of publicity/marketing literature related to the promotion of any Approved Qualification(s) are subject to written approval by ABP prior to being released to the public. Use of ABP trademark(s), logo and/or any associated branding must be pre-approved by ABP in writing. Approval of any Qualification(s) by ABP does not imply or guarantee funding of said qualification(s) from any national or international public funding bodies. The Centre will regularly monitor, review and evaluate its operations relating to qualification delivery and assessment. Findings of reviews, to be held at least once a year, will be shared with ABP on request. The Centre will implement quality assurance systems in accordance with the terms of written confirmation of Approval of any Qualification(s) by ABP and any requirements communicated to the Centre by ABP officers. All information given to ABP for the purposes of registration and certification will be complete, accurate and submitted in accordance with stipulated time scales. Payment of learner registration and service fees will be made in accordance with ABP requirements. The Centre is solely responsible for ensuring prompt certification of learners through the timely submission of learner details and associated payments to ABP. The Centre will implement and operate accessible and consistent assessment policies and procedures for all learners registered for any Qualification(s). Assessment procedures operated by the Centre will be open, fair and free from bias. Queries about Qualification or Unit specifications, assessment guidance or related ABP information will be resolved and recorded within identified service levels. The Centre will make available to ABP, any material, record, information or documents associated with the delivery of the Qualification(s) and allow access to such materials, any premises and/or learners associated with any Qualification(s) for the purpose of auditing and external verification. . We will not deliver any Qualification(s) for which we have approval from ABP, at any site apart from the address stipulated above, without first obtaining the written consent of ABP. The Centre will notify ABP as soon as possible of any changes which may affect the Centres ability to meet the Approved Centre criteria. The Centre will keep a complete copy of this Application, any relevant Proposal and the written confirmation of Approval for any Qualification for the lifetime of that Qualification. The Centre will retain a copy of all learner assessment and internal verification records for a period of three years following certification of a learners completion of any Qualification(s).

Approval may be withdrawn where ABPs external verifier finds evidence scrutinised on visits does not match the evidence stated to be available on this application. If Approval is withdrawn for any reason, the Centre will be solely responsible for ensuring that learners registered with the Centre are not adversely affected and that learners are kept fully informed of the situation and the options open to them. The Centre accepts that no learner will have redress against ABP in these circumstances.
