is a system of rules and guidelines, usually enforced through a setof institutions. It shapes politics, economics and society in numerous ways and

Case Law
: In law, case lawis the set of reported judicial decisions of selected appellate courts and other courtsof first instance which make new interpretations of the law and, therefore, can becited as precedents in a process known as stare decisis. These interpretations aredistinguished from statutory law which are the statutes and codes enacted bylegislative bodies.
By law
