The VI Sea Float Fishing European Championship is organized by International Federation Sea Sport Fishing (FIPS-mer), in collaboration with the Spanish Federation of Fishing and Casting, Fishing Federation of Valencia and with the organization of the Fishing Club of Ganda, with the supervision of International Technical Committee of Speciality.
Venue and date: It will be held in Z.P.C. Puerto de Ganda. From 3rd to 7th October. Accommodation: The reception of participants will take place in the Hotel Bayren****, at 11:00 a.m, on Wednesday, 3rd October. Address: Paseo de Neptuno n 62. C.P.: 46730. Its average depth of 10 m. distance is about 4 m. Fish species in the venue:(legal size) Bass, Salpa, Sargo, Grey Mulet, Herrera, Gilthead bream, etc. BASES Baits / Engodos. Allow only those provided by the Organization and will probably consist in 1 box of Korean worm and five kilos of sardine, for each day of fishing and training. Sport equipment. 1. Rod. In this speciality (Corcheo mar), its allowed one fishing rod, its possible to have other reserve rods mounted to the swivel. The maximun length of the rod will be 8 m., mounted with a minimum of 4 rings or inner rings. 2. Reel. Its use is not mandatory. 3. Floats. Its use is mandatory, fixed or sliding, debern soportar como mnimo el peso del lastre y del cebo; su fijacin a la lnea es libre. 4. Hooks. Its allowed one simple hook with a maximun size n 10.Its prohibited to use double or triple hooks and the INOX hooks and other non-corrosive.
