For Jesus, Trust is the most important disposition we should havetoward Him. I we do not Trust Him, how can we come to Him?
GoD wIll bE MERCIfUl TowARD US UNTIlTHE lAST MoMENT of oUR lIVES, bUTHE wANTS US To CoME To HIM, To HISfoUNTAIN of MERCY.
We understand why Jesus asked Saint Maria Faustina to paintHis image as He appeared to her and to include the signature“Jesu Uam Tobie!” (Jesus, I trust in You!) at His eet. Withouttrusting in Him, there is little we can achieve. But with Trust in theLove and Mercy o Our Lord and Savior, all is possible.
DEEDS of MERCY ARE ANoTHER ESSENTIAl poINTof THE MESSAGE of DIVINE MERCY.

Jesus demands rom us works o mercy through our deeds, words andprayers: “Be merciul, just as your Father is merciul” (Lk 6:36).Jesus made three demands o Saint Maria Faustina, and, consequently, o us:1) deeds o mercy must arise rom our love or Him; 2) we must show mercyto our neighbors always and everywhere; and 3) we cannot excuse ourselvesrom this, since aith without deeds is utile (see James 2:14 and Diary 742)In this same passage, Jesus’ message to Saint Maria Faustina continued:“I am giving you three ways o exercising mercy toward your neighbor: thefrst by deed; the second by word; the third by prayer. In these three degreesis contained the ullness o mercy and it is an unquestionable proo o loveor Me”. (Diary 742)
