8. How to Apply :
8.1 Candidates are required to apply Online through Directorates
website at http://www.mahakosh.in and http://www.mahalfa.in no
other means /mode of application will be accepted.
8.2 Candidates are required to have a valid personal e-mail ID. It should
be kept active during the currency of this recruitment. The
Directorate may send intimation for written test.
etc.through the registered email id. Under no circumstances, he/she
should share/mention e-mail id & password to / or of anyother
person.
8.3 In case, a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail Id, he/she
should must create his/ her new e-mail id before applying online.
8.4 Applicants are first required to go to the Directorates
website at http://www.mahakosh.in and http://www.mahalfa.in &
open the link Recruitment. Thereafter, open the Recruitment
Notification titled as RECRUITMENT 2011.
8.5 Take a print of entire Recruitment Notification including the FEES
PAYMENT CHALLAN.

8.6 Fill in the Fee Payment Challan in a clear & legible handwriting
BLOCK LETTERS.
Go to the nearest branch State Bank of India with the fee payment
challan duly filled in and pay, in Cash the appropriate Application Fee in
Account No. 31959545014 with State Bank of India, Madam Kama Road
Branch, Mumbai in favour of Accounts Officer
(O &M.O)DAT Mumbai
Applicants are required to pay Rs.250/- + Rs.45 as Banks service charges.
For Backward Class RS.125/- + Rs.45 as Banks service charges. Towards
non-refundable application processing charges in the form of a bank challan
as mentioned above. This fee is non transferable in the name of other
candidate.
8.7 Obtain the counterfoil (Applicants Copy) of the Fee Payment
Challan duly received by the Bank with (a)Branch Name and Code
Number (b)Transaction ID/Journal No. (c) Date of Deposit and
Amount filled by the Branch Official.
8.8 Candidates are now ready to apply Online by re-visiting the
Recruitment Page of the Directorates website and going to the
sublink titled Online APPLICATION FOR RECRUITMENT -2011
Click on this sublink will open up the appropriate Online
Application Format.
8.9 Carefully fill in the necessary details from the Fee Payment Challan
in the Online Application Form at the appropriate places and submit
the same Online.
8.10 After submitting online application candidate immitiately will receive
registration number and password which is very important for
future use. Candidate need this registration number and password
for downloading call letter or need to make any correction in
his application.
8.11 Original counterfoil of the fee payment challan will have to be
submitted with the Call Letter at the time of written test. Without
counterfoil of the fee payment challan the candidates will not be
allowed to appear in the written test. Candidates are ,therefore
,advised to keep 3 photocopies of the fee payment challan attested
by gazetted officer for future use.
8.12 The candidates should take a printout of the online application,
affix a recent passport size photograph and preserve it with them
for their record and should not be sent at the Directorates address
or any other address. The applicantion printout with photograph
affixed will also have to be submitted at the time of document
verification alongwith the attested copies of certificates in support
of Age, Qualification,Experience,Caste,Caste Validity,NonCreamy

as
applicable.by candidates when they are called
for
verification.
8.13 The name of the candidate or his/her father / husband etc. should
be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the SSC
certificates/ mark sheets.Any change/alteration found may be
disqualify the candidature.
8.14 Candidates will be required to download the call letter from
Directorates website.Candidates will be intimated about the same
by email & / or sms.
