COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course introduces various aspects of Qawaid Fiqhiyyah and its applications in modern Islamic Banking and Finance. It covers the introduction to Qawaid Fiqhiyyah, hostorical development, five major maxims and few branches of maxims. (Qawaid Furuiyyah)
