I think your library is wonderful, I could not dowithout it, Library hours are OK.Fabulous, fabulous, lovely people, so happy.I have visited the Frankston Library for the firsttime today. I wish to commend the library on itsspacious, well presented layout and wide aisles. Itis a pleasure to see such a welcoming library andrelaxed atmosphere. Plenty of seats and easy tofind cataloguing of books. Without assistance, Iwas able to locate the books I was looking for.Keep up the good work.A wonderful library with very helpful and efficientstaff. WC basin water is hot!Bottled water is available to buy from the coffeecart when open for business or you arewelcome to bring in your own bottled water.I think it will be good if you put a couple of seatsundercover outside for when we have to wait andit’s raining. Thank you.Thank you for your suggestion.Please would you provide a large sign to letpeople know that artists are painting in the library.Also could they paint in a more prominent spotplease?We have created an A3 sign denoting our Artfor Loan artists – please ask Sunday staff toplace on the events board. Any suggestionsregarding positioning of artists will bewelcomed.Had to turn off my hearing aids because of highpitched noise at Playne St end of library. Manythanks.We have addressed this problem throughengaging a maintenance crew, thus the noisehas ceased in the library.I think it would be a good idea to install a publicphone in the foyer area or outside the library. Iunderstand that almost everyone has a mobilephone but it is in case of emergency and it is thatmobiles are always out of battery. Thanks you.Previously the library had a public phone but itdid not prove to be a cost effective use oflibrary funds. If you do experience anemergency, please speak to our staff aboutusing a library phone.Dear Librarian/Manager, many thanks for smallmobile trolleys on wheels. Superb help formembers who have osteo-arthritis.You are very welcome!I object to religious words being impressed in thelibrary. The choir singing Christmas carols wasnot of good quality and I would be pleased if youwould cancel their performances.The library supports all faiths and localcommunity groups. The U3A choir will continueto perform every few months at the library butwill only include Christmas carols once a year.The music today was a beautiful addition. Open the coffee cartor put the coke machine back please.The Coffee cart’s hours of operation areMonday to Friday 10am – 4pm.
