Staff feedback to Library patrons
Every month we receive feedback from our patrons whichpraises staff or provides ideas for improving our services. Inreturn, we’d like to share some feedback with you aboutwhy we work here and what we feel most proud of in 2011:

Success with children’s programs at outreach locations.
•
Continued seniors’ classes – 5 years!!
•
Successful introduction of Homework Club and Family History Club.
•
Local history photos on Flickr and continue digitisation of collection.
•
Increase presence in social media.
•
Delivery of Bookwell program.

I like catching up with our elderly patrons!!

It has thrilled and delighted me to see the amazing students at theHomework Club! They have achieved SO MUCH in 2011 and are reallylooking forward to the year ahead.

Starting my new role with Outreach and book club services … and actually joining a book group myself!
