CIV PRO CHARTS: Personal Jurisdiction: 1.) Does Rule 4(k) establish personal jurisdiction? a.

Where State Courts Allow Personal Jurisdiction (State Long Arm Statute) b. Where Parties Joined under Rule 14 or 19 are served within 100 miles of the courthouse AND it does not violate 5th Amendment Due Process: i. Must show minimum contacts with the US generally c.
