1. 200ml of sample 30 g NaCl + 2.72 g CH

COOH are added tothe standard solution.2. Drops CH

COOH or NaOH for pH adjustment to 4.53. The solution was placed in a magnetic stirrer for 5 min toobtain proper dilution. Then, transfer into a separatory funnelwhere 20 ml hexane and 2 ml NaBet

1% were added.
4. Performed a 20 min liquid-liquid extraction withsimultaneous ethylation and then the solution was leftundisturbed for approximately 40 min for phase separation.5. The solution was centrifuged for 10 min at 200 rpm.6. The supernatant was concentrated under a gentle streamof nitrogen.7. 1µl of the final extract was injected into the GC-MS.
