Big Mountain began its 2011 era with the introduction of a brand new music festival namely Chick Mountain Music Festival. The festival was remarkably chock-full of fun and wondrous moments, signaling the audience of the sooncoming massive music festival at year end. This year Big Mountain Music Festival 3 comes back with a newer, better and more exciting look. The entire area of the festival has been restructured; the entrance changed, new stages added, extended area for tent camping, and a lot more

renovations that would help add more fun to the festival. With a number of recognized artists lined up from various music genre and record labels, both major and independent; the music festival implicitly serves as a centre of all movements of the music industry in Thailand. Through their big fat performances, Big Mountain strives to create the most ecstatic fun and pleasant atmosphere for its audience, who has been playing such an exceptional role in making Big Mountain Music Festival the renowned Big Mountain all through these years. Ticket sales outside Bangkok are available via http://www.thaiticketmajor.com/outlets_eng.php. Special discount from 1,800 to 1,350 THB is offered when purchased with a presence of 10 of either Pepsi Music*, Pepsi Max or Pepsi Twist labels (from today 9 Dec 11 only). *Pepsi Music labels are labels with the image of artists such as Bodyslam, Da Endorphine, Chin, Fi, Suckseed etc.

Stages and Attractions

CLUB CAKE A stylish and groovy newcomer club, formerly Ferris Wheel stages control cabin which has been transformed into a heavenly dance oor for party animals to get their swerve on. There is actually no such cake at the scene. The name Club Cake is mainly to remind us of and congrats to those newlyweds who rst met and fell in love here at Big Mountain. We expect there would be quite a lot of likely couples this year.

MUN-NAI (MAK) STAGE A brand new chic and chill stage lined up with many cool artists for the audience to sing and dance along with in an islander style.

DISTRICT 9 Boundary of a mysterious power, led by aliens from the mother ship and its spacecrafts, with numbers of rockers tagging along to ll up the stage.

COW STAGE The signature cow stage is chock-full of fun this year with a number of popular artists from Pop, Indy, Country or even Ska genre; from major and independent record labels including those already well-known and rising stars. Mr. Steak, our beloved mascot, also comes back in his ashy brand new look as a CowsFormer Thailand.

FERRIS WHEEL STAGE Formerly known as Main Stage, the name Ferris Wheel is given instead mainly because we get to see the Ferris Wheel at the festival every year. This time it is back with all the incredible headliners lined up to rock the stage with their countless fans and crowds.

A-KO-JORN (WICKED) PUB A nightclub where majority of the most impudent, barbaric and uncivilized people in Thailand gather. An orthodox of A-KOJORNs language and pleasure, managed by Mr. Nek aka Na (uncle) Nek and his crews. The stage is surely thrilling this year with a line-up of spectacular bands and artists.

COW STORE An official agship store selling souvenirs from the festival such as T-shirt, jacket, Kamar [Par-Kao-Mar], postcard and many more interesting items that everyone would love to own. So hurry up!!

LAI-PLAH-MUEK (SQUIDS SHOULDER) THEATRE A theatre of contemporary arts where you can feel the beat and touch of joy in your own way.

COW GATE (MAIN ENTRANCE) Situated right at the main entrance to warm welcome everyone to the biggest music festival in Thailand. Kindly present the ticket, get the wristband and the map; all of which should be kept with an extremely special care. .Tents and Camping Areas.

Big Mountain Music Festival 3 provides the following camping areas for its audience:

1. Outer Camping Zone [ Lad-Kra-Bung ] Lad-Kra-Bung Camping Zone is right in front of the festival. Registration is available from 17:00 pm on 9 Dec 2011 onwards. There will be a little pre-party on the same night for those who want to warm up before the big fat festival starts. The outer camping zone offers 2 types of campground reservations as follows Type A Reservation for a campground only: 400 THB - 3x3 m campground. - Duration of stay from 9 11 Dec 2011

-Bring your own tent, sleeping bag and camping kits Type B Reservation for a campground and a tent: 800 THB (the tent is yours, so take it home) - 3x3 m campground AND a 2-person tent with 1.5m (W ) x 2m (L) x 1.5m (H) dimensions - Duration of stay from 9 11 Dec 2011 - Bring your own sleeping bag and camping kits

2. Inner Camping Zone : Moo-Ban-Chao-Lay (Fisherman Village) [SA] / Ladda Land [SB] / Farm Ville [SC] / District 9 [SD] The zone is made available for a campground with tent reservation type only. Registration is available from 12:00 pm on 10 Dec 2011 onwards. The inner camping zone is further ahead into the festival. The area is most likely surrounded by the crowds with loud noises all night, so it is not recommended at all for those who need a quiet and peaceful environment to sleep. It is however highly recommended for ones who want to have fun all night long and then come back to rest in the morning, and also for those who want to closely absorb the joyful atmosphere of the festival.

The inner camping zone offers 4 areas of campground reservations as follows Moo-Ban-Chao-Lay (Fisherman Village) [SA] 118 tents available around Mun-Nai (Mak) island area Ladda Land [SB] 336 tents available around A-Ko-Jorn pub area Farm Ville [SC] 80 tents available around Cow Stage (behind the massage zone) District 9 [SD] 64 tents available around District 9 area Campground Reservation for the inner camping zone Reservation for a campground and a tent: 1,100 THB (the tent is yours, so take it home) - 3x3 m campground AND a 2-person tent with 1.5m (W ) x 2m (L) x 1.5m (H) dimensions - Duration of stay from 10 11 Dec 2011 - Bring your own sleeping bag and camping kits
