One day (maybe, you’ve had one of those days) Pierre decided enough was
enough. 50-plus hours a week with his head stuck underneath someone else’s
hood was getting to be more than he could stomach. The work itself wasn’t the
problem. Brake jobs, ball joints, rack & pinion, carburetors, transmissions were
a breeze. But life as a 25-year old mechanic was starting to mean very little if
it meant working his guts out to build someone else’s dream and not his own.
