Vegetarian beats Paleo Diet Lowcarb Atkins Diets

In a recent test by experts in human health, the Paleolithic Diet ranked LAST. The Paleo Diet was ranked as the worst diet for humans by nutritional and fitness experts. It came in at a whopping #20 out of 20. Last place out of all the diets tested. There were failures in multiple categories, including false claims, nutritional deficiencies, and the Paleo diet is linked to heart damage, kidney damage, and cancer. One fact was that the so-called 'paleo' diet that is being touted by all the authors of the paleo diet books is not even the same diet that paleolithic man even ate. In other words, the Paleo Diet isn't even paleo.

An example of this, which is made easy for you to see, is water. The entire foundation of the paleo diet that they tell people to believe is that their 'Paleo DIet' means eating what the caveman ate. Well, guess what, Cavemen didn't have apartments with faucents or chlorinated processed tap-water. Cavemen drank Pond Water. So for any person to be on the Paleo Diet, sorry, you can't be paleo and drink anything inside your house, or bottled water, paleo man didn't have it! You'll have to go outside and drink out of a puddle. So you see, first of all the "Primal Diet" being sold to you by the authors of this diet isn't even Paleo, so no one can say that it's how our ancestors ate in the first place. Secondly, the very fact of eating like our ancestors ate, is NOT healthy. Pond water, and drinking out of mud puddles, animal waste infested watering holes, or stagnant ponds, streams, things which may be infected with Giardia, Clostridium, Cholera, fecal waste, etc is not good. Just because cavemen did it, doesn't mean its healthy. That's the opposite of what The Paleo Solution would have you believe, they believe everybody should be designed by now to drink cholera and obviously over thousands of years we of course wont get sick because we evolved to do it and are designed for it. Guess what, as you can see, the entire bogus principle of the paleo diet is already false.

There's more. The Paleo Diet books go around saying mankind didn't eat grain except starting only 10,000 years ago, that's even false. Few of these Paleo Diet book authors are even archaeologists, or paleontologists. Loren Cordain has a degree in Gym Class, not archaeology. Well, lo & behold real paleontologists found that Stone Age man DID indeed eat grain! 30,000 years ago.

So then the paleo diet book peddlers such as Mark Sisson, Robb Wolfe, etc back-peddled and tried to move the date back, now saying oh, well, now we say 30,000 years--until paleontologists now found actual evidence of human hominids not only eating grain but processed foods, and even bread! And more evidence of grain eating 105,000 years ago. So the Paleo Diet espoused by Richard Nikolay, FreeTheAnimal, Crossfit, Mark's Daily Apple, etc are all debunked. It's been exposed by real Paleontologists and the NATIONAL ACADEMY OF SCIENCES as a hoax diet. Many people are now angry at Mark Sisson, Robb Wolfe, Richard Nikoley, Loren Cordain, Arthur DeVany, Joseph Mercola, etc for duping the entire public with fallacious health and nutritional information. The Paleo Diet is debunked. It's dead and only those who are dumber than a Caveman who didn't get the memo are still duped by it.

The Paleo Diet andCrossfit are now regarded as the "ShakeWeight" and laughing stock of the fitness exercise world. These have beenfound deficient in vital human nutrients, and poor in carbs necessary for muscle fuel for heavy weightlifting. Thusgreat for "pilates" style jumping around such as leotard based aerobics jumping, but unsuitable for heavy ironbodybuilding. All of the best bodybuilding protein sources are Vegetarian, or Vegan, and build dense thick higher-quality muscle. This is why the biggest bodybuilder in the world is a Vegetarian. And now you know! You can see more photos of him,CLICK HERE.
