And ___________________________, further referred to as "[Consignee]" Located at __________________________________ __________________________________ Both parties agree to the following terms: The Seller agrees to market and sell the mutually agreed upon item(s) in an online showroom at www.closetmemoirs.com. Items are only accepted in new, excellent and like-new conditions. The Consignee represents that he/she is the sole owner of the item(s).

The Seller is entitled to retain 50% of the purchase price of each sale. The Seller shall submit a check for the full amount of the purchase price, less the previously mentioned agreed upon % to the Consignee within 10 days of the receipt of the sale. closet memoirs will provide the Consignee with a statement of items sold, price, Consignee's commission, and donation, if applicable, with each payment remittance. The Seller has proven to the Consignee that she maintains insurance for any damage or theft that may occur to items left with the Seller. While the consigned items are in the possession of the Seller those items will be covered under the Seller's insurance policy. The Consignee agrees to leave merchandise with the Seller for 90 days. The Consignee further agrees to present only a high quality 100% authentic product to the Seller. All merchandise that is not sold at the end of the 90 days will be evaluated by both the Seller and Consignee. The Consignee may choose to auction, donate to a charity
