(Posted on December 23, 2011 from nabiy4america.wordpress.com)
Evidence from the Book of Ezekiel & the Number 430Warning for 2012 & Beyond- An Urgent Call to Repentance!
My prayers are with all of the families affected by this storm, especially those whom have lostloved ones, as well as the tens of thousands of homeless and displaced.
I pray also for
Filipinos, as this storm will have grave agricultural and economic impact in addition to the tragiccost in human lives.
This storm is also a warning of much worse disasters in store for the nation inthe near future.First, let me introduce myself.
I am Carlos Montana Nabaeteuo, and the Lord God Almighty hascalled me as a Watchman for the Philippines; specifically, as a prophetic “type” of the ProphetEzekiel.
I pray that you heed my warnings, for I certainly speak for Him, and read on that youmight be convinced of this truth.
Tropical Storm Washi (locally called “Typhoon Sendong”) came ashore during the early morninghours of December 17, 2011 on the Philippines’ southern island of Mindanao.
Over twelvehundred people have been confirmed killed in the northern portion of the island, many washedaway by flash floods, and nearly one thousand others are still missing, mostly in the vicinities of Cagayan de Oro and Iligan, both major cities.
Tens of thousands of people have been renderedhomeless, and five thousand have been injured.
Here is a
good article describing the tragicsituation in the aftermath of this event-http://theextinctionprotocol.wordpress.com/2011/12/17/tropical-storm-washi-leaves-436-dead-as-it-slams-into-the-philippines/And from-http://www.theaustralian.com.au/news/world/philippines-death-toll-from-tropical-storm-washi-nears-1000/story-e6frg6so-1226226328861Whole villages perched on sandbars or on the shores of rivers were washed away when Washi(Sendong) struck (northern) Mindanao and nearby areas over the weekend, bringing a month’sworth of rain in a 24-hour period. The disaster area, located about 800km from the capital Manila,is normally bypassed by typhoons that ravage other parts of the far-flung Philippine archipelagoevery year. As a result, manyresidents were caught by surprise when floods suddenly hit theirhomes in the dead of night, before dawn on Saturday. The latest news as of 26 December-http://www.cnn.com/2011/12/26/world/asia/philippines-storm-toll/It is
heartbreaking to read of theever-increasing death toll. This typhoon hit very late in theseason, and it also hit to the south of the typical path for Philippinetropical systems.
Adding to the element of surprise were the following conditions: the storm sped up just prior tolandfall (making timely warning difficult); once over land, the storm slowed or stalled above themountainous terrain, pouring down extraordinary volumes of rain in a short time; the floodingoccurred in the very early morning time which was fraught with great darkness; and, finally, manylocal authorities did
carry out evacuation orders.
Although this is a tragic and devastating event, it also comes as no surprise to me, for since 13October, 2010, the day on which the Lord called me as a Watchman for the Philippines I have beenwarning strongly and interceding for mercy from the Lord on behalf of the Filipino people.
I havelikewise been joined by many other intercessory prayer warriors, and spiritual barriers have beenestablished in many regions of the country.
The news out of the Philippines has been quitepositive in certain areas; for example, from parts of Butuan City and from specific regions of Luzon it is clear that the True Church is being empowered.
Specifically, nearby Butuan City waslikely spared from this tragedy due not only to my own prayers, but to those of many others whoare heeding the warning of the upcoming Philippines earthquake and tsunami which both Dr.Owuor and I have prophesied.
Many people have been reached by the love of Jesus Christ, churches havebeen strengthened, and the Bible is being read again in these areas of the country.
Prayers have also been answered very directly; for example, the dual typhoons which hit AuroraProvince in Luzon, precisely as I prophesied, were not as deadly as they would have been if not forthe prayer intervention of myself and many others.
Other storms were turned “out to sea” due tothe Lord responding to the diligence of intercessor prayer warriors.
Here is an article on theAurora landfall storms, which included the disastrous Calumpit, Bulacan flooding event of earlyOctober-http://nabiy4america.wordpress.com/2011/10/02/philippines-prophecy-confirmed-double-typhoons-pedreng-quiel-strike-aurora-province-luzon-calumpit-bulacan-is-isolated-prophetic-dream-of-6-march-2011/And a relevant quote from 9 October, 2011-As of today, I can say with certainty that this prophetic dream has been fulfilled, at least in thepreliminary sense thereof.
If this is only an initial fulfillment, that means
there is another, more catastrophic event coming in the next couple of months
or perhaps next typhoon season(s).
This preliminary fulfillment of my prophetic dream is essential for the people of thePhilippines to clearly recognize as such, for
I have also prophesied a horrific earthquake/tsunamito hit the Philippines in the next few months or years
By understanding that this propheticdream has come to pass, you will realize that theearthquake/tsunamihas also beenscheduled by God and will certainly come to pass unless there is mass repentance on thepart of the Filipino people!
In other words,
the Lord God has given me a prophetic voice and obligation with which to warn the people of your nation
I must say that for God to allow me tosee the futureis a tremendous privilege, but also very humbling
and with this gift comes a
Yet, again, my calling as a Watchman to the Philippines came specifically on 13 October, 2010 as Iwas the recipient of a most ominous night vision from the Lord about a future 9.2 Mag. earthquakeand devastating tsunami which is yet to arrive.

"..What does this mean, people of the Philippines? It means that Sendong is a marker event! Clearly this means that time is nearly up, it is simply now a matter of God’s mercy as He withholds the hand of judgment yet another day... ..From all of these overlying indicators and confirmations,it certainly appears that the Philippines will be under full divine judgment beginning in 2012.."

"..He said He is coming to the islands first for judgment. He said this is your firstmarker. The time is nearly up for the Philippines; they have one more short period of Grace extended to them. In other words, Sendong acts, in essence, as a “last minute” warning! It is obvious that I have been called to bear the iniquity of the Philippines for 430 days; now this tragic event!
