Obama Hanged in Effigy at University of Kentucky Lexington Campus: Arrests Made, Racist University Exposed

The persecutor (prosecutor) charged each man with (1) Disorderly Conduct (misdemeanor); (2) Burglary Second Degree; (3) Theft by Unlawful Taking (misdemeanor).

Whenever constitutionally protect political free speech offends someone, especially the liberal left wing personalities, they find another way to prosecute the person who is exercising their free speech right. College campuses have never been known as a place where free speech reigns.

They were the first government entities to shut down free speech by setting up one designated free speech area on each campus; and, UK has even arrested a Christian pastor when he used the free speech area to preach Jesus. That case was dismissed in favor of the pastor.

To that extent, Barack Hussein Obama has a lot in common with University of Kentucky officials. Both have attacked Christianity. Read my article on Scribd entitled: "Will Obama Swear-in on the Holy Koran or the Holy Bible After Attacking Jesus' Sermon on the Mount?" located at:

Mr. Fischer and Mr. Bush should now bring suit against UK, Lee Todd, the detective and other culpable parties for malicious prosecution, abuse of process, intentional infliction of extreme emotional distress, civil rights violation (42 USC 1983) 42 USC 241, and any other torts committed against them. Lee Todd and his cronies concocted this tale for the purpose of suppressing these mens civil right to freely express their opinion pursuant to their First Amendment rights secured through the 14th Amendment making the Bill of Rights applicable to the fiefdom of Kentucky.
