This is a synthesis of a larger Soviet Training Manual taught, among other places, in the USA.
It was designed to instruct accomplices on how to use state of the art mind control techniques in order to manipulate human psychology, uproot traditional culture and create chaos in society for the purpose of creative destruction, in order to reduce resistance to an imposed change which would fill the void thus created. By engineering an Old World Disorder one can thus promote a New World Order.
The program which this training manual supports is wider ranging than simply toying with behavior or herding populations like cattle. Its implications are far greater than ideological warfare or mundane propaganda. Its vocation is to diminish and extirpate critical thinking, to preclude chosen personal orientations, to eradicate self-determination of destiny, to erase Man from the human animal.
This is not communism. It does not serve an ideology. Any ideology would vigorously combat such a weeding of thought and destruction of logic that brainwashing operates. This is anti-ideology such as was actively implemented under Bolshevik dictatorship in the former Soviet Union, and which is similarly secretly implemented under the guise of free market democracy in many western nations today.
Brainwashing is a tool of fascism - replacing thought, ideology and individual freedom with the shackles of covert control by parties unknown, hiding behind operatives and political puppets, for the purpose of absolute power and reduction of the human condition to that of cattle.
As well as for the purposes of historical study of how subversion has been surreptitiously engrained into established societies by covert operations, this synthetic document can also help explain many inconsistencies in the world we live in, such as schools that format minds rather than empower them, standardized hypocrisy of political parties, frequent criminality of those in power, secret organizations that manipulate behind the scenes, lack of accountability for crises, fabricated wars, generated terrorist operations and genocidal policies aiming at population reduction with biological agents placed in our water, food and air.
This publication can serve as an awakening to how advanced the Illuminati plans were before World War II, itself engineered to advance this agenda. The mature state of many of the outlined strategies of implantation in the collective mind demonstrates that we are in the late stages of a centuries-long strategy with little if any time to react.
Readers are encouraged to consider in what ways and to what degree today's society has been seeded with brainwashing methodologies and how the cultural content of media aims at value destruction, the technical instrumentation of professional activities has been surrendered to compliance with mindless procedures, education serves to encapsulate behavior in readily exploitable human resource units, national identities dissolve through increasingly vaporous borders and even ideas become devoid of significance as simply empty words without reason or context.
We are witnesses to the dehumanization of the world, and those who would be our Masters have used these tools to attempt to turn us into senseless animals worthy of less regard than household pets. John McCain during his presidential campaign in 2008 made a revealing lapse, calling American voters "fellow prisoners", an admission which in the light of the pervasiveness of Illuminati brainwashing takes on its full meaning.
