(menggerakkan something kepada tempat yg diperlukan dgn kadar yg diperlukan sahaja) JIT<<>>lean production, JIT is pull demand and operate with little fat (perkara2 yg berlebihan) JIT goal: a balanced system a smooth and rapid flow of material through the system.
