,alsoknownastheHumbug,waspremieredtoapacked   houseofEclecticMiddleSchoolstudentsonWednesday,December14.The   productionfilledthestageatECHSwithpropsandpuppets.Forty-fiveminuteslater,  thechildrenwereinvitedtoaskquestionsabouttheproduction.Thecustom-made   puppetswerealsobroughtoutonstageforcloserinspectionThestory,writtenbyAustinThompsonandDanielBurketoldthestoryofa   frustratedsheepfamilywhosehouseisinvadedbyaseriesofobnoxiouscharacters  threateningtodestroytheirChristmas.Thekidslovedthemayhemandspecial effects. 
TheHolidayBug, 
followeduptheEclecticperformancewithfourweekend   showsattheWetumpkaPerformingArtsCenter,adjacenttoARRAC.TheARRAC    memberssteppeduptotheplateandsoldpopcornandbeverages,aswellas  lightingthewaywithluminariesFridaynight.Theaudience,whichcamein   throughtheARRACgallery,enjoyedtheseasonal lightsdecoratingthehalls. Thankstoallfortheirhelpinbringing   puppetryartstotheRiverRegionarea,welook   forwardtomorefromARRAC'sown,Austin   ThompsonandhisCrosstitchProductionpuppet  troupe.
