Dear Reader,
We at the editorial board welcome you to this third issue of SPHOTA, a multi-lingual cultural
magazine that runs with the spirit of VSRCians.
This eagerly-awaited issue of SPHOTA has come out after a year, as it should be. This has
been possible for the co-operation we got from the boarders. This issue of SPHOTA is
dedicated for the SPHOTA who came for problems of VSRC without being in busy schedules
of research and project works. SPHOTA, which is our platform for impressionism in words
and pictures, is back! The words have lived and the pictures did not fade! To quote from the
famous Pearl Jam song Alive,
You're still alive, she said
Oh, and do I deserve to be
is that the question?
And if so...if so... who answers...who answers.
Woh, I'm still alive!
This edition of SPHOTAis, therefore, sustaining the victory for each VSRCian
am overwhelmed to see the huge response that we have got for SPHOTA from my fellow-
boarders and ex-boarders also. Unfortunately, we have been unable to include all the
entries that we received in this issue of SPHOTA. The only and sole reason for this is the
ever-bulging size of SPHOTA. | would personally like to congratulate the authors of all the
entries for 2 commendable piece of work and helping keep up with the spirit of
participation.
We VSRCians would definitely love SPHOTA to live long - both in spirit and in memory.
Therefore, we have already started planning for the next issue of SPHOTA. And for this, the
main stimulus has to come from my fellow boarders. Did you miss this year's deadline for
SPHOTA ? Were you too busy with your project or thesis work? Then, why not take up the
challenge, titillate your imaginations and start contributing for the next issue of SPHOTA. |
can vouch that all of us would certainly love to see and read your article in SPHOTA. As
always, your articles, feedback, wishes are welcome and can be mailed to
vsre.mag@gmail.com.
Ihope the readers of SPHOTA will have as much fun reading it as we had in compiling.
