BATHROOM ADDITION
Add a full 6-by-8-foot bathroom over acrawlspace with poured concrete walls.Include cultured-marble vanity top withmolded sink; standard chrome faucets;30-by-60-inch white berglass tub/showerwith ceramic tile surround; single-levertemperature and pressure-balanced faucet;white low-prole toilet; general and spotlighting; electrical wiring to code; mirroredmedicine cabinet; linen storage closet orcabinet; vinyl wallpaper; painted trim; andceramic tile oor.

Provide acomplete railing system using pressure-treated wood posts, railings, and balusters.

Add a 16-by-20-foot deck using pressure-treated joists supported by 4x4 posts anchoredto concrete piers. Install composite deck material in a simple linear pattern. Include abuilt-in bench and planter of the same deckingmaterial. Include stairs, assuming three stepsto grade. Provide a complete railing using amatching system made of the same compositeas the decking material.
ENTRY DOOR REPLACEMENT(STEEL)
Remove existing 3-0/6-8 entry door and jambs and replace with new 20-gauge steelunit, including clear dual-pane half-glasspanel, jambs, and aluminum threshold withcomposite stop. Door is factory nishedwith same color both sides. Exterior brick-mold and 2.5-inch interior colonial or ranchcasings in poplar or equal prenished tomatch door color. Replace existing locksetwith new bored-lock in brass or antique-brass nish.
ENTRY DOOR REPLACEMENT(FIBERGLASS)
Remove existing 3-0/6-8 entry door and jambs and replace with new berglass unitwith simulated wood grain, stained samecolor both sides; dual-pane, decorative half-glass panel with zinc caming; PVC-wrappedexterior trim in color to match existing trim;2.5-inch interior colonial or ranch casingsin hardwood stained to match door. Replaceexisting lockset with mortise lock with leverhandle and integrated deadbolt in oil-rubbedbronze or satin-nickel nish.
FAMILY ROOM ADDITION
In a style appropriate to the existing house,add a 16-by-25-foot room on a crawlspacefoundation with vinyl siding and berglassshingle roof. Include drywall interior withberglass insulation, pre-nished hardwoodoor, and 180 square feet of glazingincluding windows, atrium-style exteriordoors, and two operable skylights. Tie intoexisting HVAC. Add electrical system tocode, including 12 recessed ceiling lights.
