expected to be cheaper. What are the pros and cons in globalization affecting the social life of citizens in Dubai? Why? The terrorism act of individual from Ras Al Khaimah that harmed USA will affect Dubai. How positive is this statement and why? What are the steps to be taken? Is it true that Dubai is expensive and almost the same as leading destinations around the world? Why? Please provide three examples. Additional comments:
Thank you for participating in this questionnaire! I have also conducted interviews for questionnaires submitted who were willing to discuss and contribute to this research with maximum information for understanding the critical situation. The survey is collected from a sample of 50 individuals and personnel who are playing a vital role either tourist or employee in travel and tourism. Therefore, the results of the research are presented below:
Terrorism and War 50% Globalization Terrorism and War Dubai is Expensive
According to the statistical data that is presented shows that areas improvement ranking are in terrorism and war before focusing on others such as Dubai is expensive and globalization. So, notes are taken to help build the contents of action plan.
During the interview discussion about the globalization, it was discussed that Dubais culture is totally different from South Asians and Europeans either in shopping or living style. Furthermore, it is little bit different from South Asian Muslim countries where some of the Emiratie are not cooperative or friendly and there are few majority of it. If this issue is not solved there are possibilities to have large majority.
During the interview discussion about that Dubai is expensive, it was discussed that costs has increased and tourists find difficulties continuing their stay which creates for not visiting Dubai again. The tourists must be provided with detailed information about costs and prices from A Z.
The two methods applied questionnaire survey and interview discussion provided accurate and direct information from assignee to understand better rather than two different sources and conflict of information. These methods not only allowed gathering numerical data but also effective information in detail within no time. Therefore, saving time and cost where the information might become old or expensive to continue to obtain up to date results.
As per the three contemporary and current issues that are identified there are three objectives:
Objective Statement Target Duration To market the globalization 40% increase Semibenefits and advantages to in positivisms annually citizens of UAE. To market the friendliness of the Dubais people as one family. To market and conduct 50% increase Quarterly of tourists. (During Summer)

5) ACTION PLAN
For the objective 1: 1. Create and establish contents. 2. Create rules to follow and disrespect will cause penalties. 3. Informing higher secondary and higher education to play a vital role in making awareness about importance of tourism and tourists. 4. Conducting local commercializing and marketing about travel and tourism and contribution of tourists. 5. Conducting research and survey about the feedback from the tourists. 6. Analyze the feedback received and sources of negative impact.
For the objective 2: 1. Finding real tourists to participate in the television commercials. 2. Developing and creating positive television commercials that is in all external channels for aggressive marketing. 3. Page 13 of 16
6) AREAS OF INVESTIGATION
The areas of investigation will be the reason for people not treating well the tourists, continuation of misunderstanding that UAE is not safe place and terrorism, and untrue / lack of information about costs and prices in the UAE.
7) RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that rules, regulations, policies, and penalties are implemented by the Dubai government for the best interest of the tourists. If this is not implemented the possibilities to achieve the objectives might be very difficult and not for the interest of Dubai as tourist center of location.
