PROMOTION Hotel marketing communications are either direct or indirect.  DIRECT MARKETING:: The direct communication is through personal selling, advertising, sales promotion and direct mail. Advertising: Through Airlines ,magazines & News Papers , Audio video- e advertising. Sales Promotion: It means to promote sales for the shorter time period. Again it is different from product because the reason of parish ability and intangibility. In product marketing you give the physical product but in case of service marketing you can not give product in terms of physical.

Personal selling: personnel selling is very important factor in the service marketing because in case of product customer can himself go and judge the product but in case of hotel product until the use of product you can not judge because hotel person can not go to customer and tell the customer that use our product it is better than other so hear who are selling the product that employee are trained properly Promotional activities :Promotional activities through Advance booking , Special Packages like honeymoon Packages etc.  INDIRECT MARKETING: Indirect marketing communications for hotels include public relations and publicity, both of which may and may not form a part of the hotels marketing communication programme but may function independently

 publicity & public relation : -It means it is the paid form of product exposer to the target customer. Publicity includes social activity, press conference.  Public relation: they build public relation by getting involved in social causes

The major elements of the hotel communication mix are mass media advertising, direct mail, sales promotion, public relation, and publicity. PROCESS People Processing : Pick up customers from airport / railway station to THE LEELA premises . Processing of information: THE LEELA maintaining/updating good and new technology for booking and maintain data process. PRODUCT MEANING: In hotel terms product means the services provided to their customers. Product is anything which is offered to customer for attention, acquisition and consumption which will satisfy the wants and needs of the consumer." TANGIBLE: Tangible product means that which we can see or touch. Which is last longer time period? In hotel there is room, gymnasium, swimming pool, towel, bad, soap, shampoo this all things are tangible goods. LEELA ,provides 392 rooms with various suits and various package. For E.g. :- Rooms ,Spa, Weeding services, Gymkhana, Swimming pool , Bar,. ) Intangible:-

In the intangible goods, it we can not see, touch but we can feel it. This is not for last longer .services is also intangible in nature .In hotel services are welcome, communication, respect this all product is intangible. Services are intangible insapreble, variable &perishable products.

PEOPLE/INTERNAL MARKETING STRENGTH: RECRUITMENT N SELECTION: The leela also recruits freshers, thereby giving them opportunity to gain service experience. TRAINING: Training is the heart or core function of internal marketing.It gives on the job training to the employees.
