It prescribes various levels andstandard structures for organizations and it outlines procedures for establishing and modifyingorganizations. This publication applies to Air Force Reserve Command and the Air NationalGuard to the extent that it has the organizations and functions discussed herein. This AFI may besupplemented at any level, but all supplements that directly implement this Instruction must berouted to HQ USAF/A1MO for coordination prior to certification and approval. Referrecommended changes and questions about this publication to the Office of PrimaryResponsibility using the AF IMT 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication; route AFIMT 847s from the field through the Major Command (MAJCOM) manpower, organization andresources division. Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in thispublication are maintained in accordance with Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 33-363,Management of Records, and disposed of in accordance with the Air Force Records DispositionSchedule (RDS) located at
