workedintheWhite-CollarCrimesUnit/Division
of
theHarrisCountyDistrictAttorney'sOfficeinHouston,TexasasFraudExaminerwiththehighestlevelofresponsibilities
of
conductingwhite-collar(financial)criminalinvestigationsfrominceptiontofinaladjudication,andtestifyingasexpertinsuchmattersinjudicial(court&grandjury)proceedings.Inthatcapacity,because
of
Plaintifforalandwrittenfluency
inEnglish,Spanish,andFrench,healsoservedasthesoleforeignlanguagetranslatorin
thesecriminalinvestigationswhenevernecessary,withanannualsalary
of
about$72,000.Afterspendingmorethan18yearsincollege/university,Plaintiffhasmanagedtoobtainfour(4)collegedegrees,whichincludesamaster'sdegreeinbusinessandothei
