Opening Act
Stroke the keys to give up the enchanted lights of darkness
History evolved into something like of a disaster
Broken hearts are broken silently, without a key of smiles unknown
To the devil born the new people
Without a trace my life belongs to you
Don’t you want to stare into your rear view window?
Creeping giants will swallow you whole
It is like an enormous battle underneath the moonlit night
Without you knowing the truest answer to the puzzle
You shiver with a silent breath
Upon your shoulders
Death creeps upon you
What do you do?
Look away and pray to the Lord
Is he listening?
On the other hand, I think I am dreaming
This change on earth
Needs to start this moment

Page 9
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Second Act
Publicity stunt serves as hell of a name
You enjoyed teasing people with no one else to blame
It is, as you do not care to raise your right hand
Class is in session, and I believe it is your turn to talk
What is wrong you do not have any words to say?
Well, how do you think we feel?
We will not stand and watch you burn this place to dust
You lied to us without any truth behind your lies
Do you really think we will not do anything?
Hope you are prepared
For a separate kind of War
A War that is going to hurt like hell
We are not letting you treat us like shit
It is our time to stand up and connect the dots
Moreover, when the time comes
Which is soon I might add
We will be the ones on top

Page 10
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Third Act
Acting like an enormous garbage disposal is nothing but a controversy
In disguise
I stand still looking out of the walls of four
To see something is a coming of age story
Uniting all of us to let our gentle tune play in the background
Of
Our garbage disposal

Page 11
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Fourth Act
Why does violence occur?
What causes people to react the way they do
Is it some kind of hatred that was sprinkled into this world?
By
An entity that hates this place
It is something of a mystery
Something of a controversy in many
Debates around the globe
It seems like a propaganda
With a agenda that was put into place
By
Your very own government

Page 12
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Fifth Act
Slavery is engraved into multiple stones of pain
Pleasure is taken away from families
Tears are brought into its core blood red
Treasuring the empty calories that you felt you needed
In order to gain the points of scoring
You are realizing you are way behind the game
You were put into a friendship zone type of ordeal
I suggest you turn away and run
Alternatively, stand up for yourself and fight your battle
One by one, and make it seem like you give a damn

Page 13
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Sixth Act
Families bleed because of corporate greed
It is a dangerous game
That is played without a chessboard
Controversy unstoppable
Life is unpredictable
This is why you should run
Moreover, get underneath the tool shed
Never come out
No matter if, they raise hell on this earth
You will be better shaken and dismantled
Than dead and gone

Page 14
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Seventh Act
Society is played in a puzzled blame game
We play ticktacktoe,
Because we do not know who else to blame this problems on
For
We disappear into a clouded moment of despair
Let us get together and prepare
Some kind of battling attack
Against this wicked government plots of a game
It is least we could do
Because sooner or later
Our ashes will burn

Page 15
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Eight Act
Road to space is quickly becoming a game
We take pride in our scientific plans
Should we not be afraid of the game that we play?
Do you not believe in evil that can take over our minds?
It might be an entity that will want us gone
And
Burnt from this mean streets of our four walls connected to it all
We should escape the only game that we dream off
Moreover, fly above the sky
Because this is what we believe in

Page 16
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Ninth Act
Our abortions are way out hand
Should we face our problems?
Or
Excuse us to get out of it
Through a law that is debated scientifically and religiously
Multiple questions have been asked in this particular demeanor
No answers have yet been focuses on the problem
The debate continues to run its core of propaganda
It seems like religion controls the masses
And we follow the other leaders in a single file line

Page 17
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Tenth Act
Sitting in the corner of a window feeling pain
Watching people walk
Doing normal things that they usually do
It is something of a calming wave
That enchants people
Others follow others like drones
Of never stopping game of licks and teases
I suppose they do not see that all of what they do
Is yet to be something worthwhile when they die.

Page 18
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Eleventh Act
Pop culture is a game of playing mind games
It is a controlling eruption between the eyes of teens
Watching it everyday without a goal in mind
It sucks you in dry
And never gives your brain a break
A disease keeps on killing your brain cells
Watch your back, because you will not be laughing tomorrow
Because government is laughing without you knowing

Page 19
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Twelfth Act
A game connected so easily into the vertebrae
It is an emotional roller coaster of gravity control
Why is a string pulling you like a puppet?
Realize you are doing things to yourself
Out of your greed towards your own self and others

Page 20
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Thirteenth Act
When we cry, do other people wonder why?
When tears rolled through sunshine rain
Do people stare at us and laugh
Do they believe in true beauty of the rain falling tears?
Or rather, talk amongst themselves
And blame television for such idiocies
What a blaming game of one, two three
Why do we keep blaming media for the lack off?
Our
Growth as a human civilization
Falls because of our greed

Page 21
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Fourteenth Act
Different dimensions show a life from a different side
The game is still the same
In fact, you see the same things every day
People seem not to mind
And just continue living
It is the real lies that are being told
To the people

Page 22
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Fifteenth Act
Rain pours into my soul like blood of red
Heartaches on my mind because we are the victims of the dead
We cry in the corners and never look inside ourselves
We feel that we are trapped
And we cannot escape this lies
I believe unity is needed
So
We can do our part
Lets come together and share our thoughts

Page 23
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Sixteenth Act
Revolutionary compass passed hands of time
Never released the game of lies
Into the darkness color of a window shop
It seems that lies are taking over
Politics are the game we play now as day continue passing by

Page 24
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Eighteenth Act
Window shopper is a new name for a faker or a fake
Politics is a game that continues to be played
Children being lied to
Families being torn
When are we going to realize that we need one another?

Page 25
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Nineteenth Act
War is nothing but a mystery
Scared of death of war I am
Are we all coming together to erase this pain?
Soldiers dying quickly
It is like a drought in the Old Testament
However, no one seems to be staying alive
The fighting continues but no one seems to be helping the needy
What do we do and where do we go from here?

Page 26
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Twentieth Act
Kids playing games that should not be played
Violence, money and women is nothing more but a controlling agenda
Installed by the government to stop us in our tracks
It does not seems like we are improving our ways
We are dumping billions of dollars into the garbage

Page 27
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Twenty-First Act
World seems confused to conspiracy rules
Lies being told in different shapes and sizes
Who will go on and fight another kind of War
Will the people of America realize the controversy surrounding America?
It seems that lies are being told in ways never imagined
When will someone step up and counter attack the argument
A unity is needed to connect the innocent
The blind
The scared
The unhappy
Last but not least
Everyone.

Page 28
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Twenty-Second Act
Why do presidents lie?
In the opening statements
Presidents lie
What do they get out of it?
What do they gain?
Other then control
Wealth
Power
And a satisfaction
To continue the pain
The suffering
And the unaccepted
Displeasure in the American Government
When
Oh
When will someone step up and say something
We need a leader
Who is not scared of the fakeness?
Who will fight for us?
For our kind of people
We need someone new
Someone who is not afraid
Afraid of darkness

Page 29
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Twenty-Third Act
Young soldiers like me fight at this

Never

Ending war

From what I see

There is no end

To a war

That breaks families and hearts apart

It is an emotional roller coaster ride

That controls the soldiers from standing up for themselves

When will our soldiers be released from prison?

We call our

Government

Page 30
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Twenty-Fourth Act
Why does Paris Hilton news make the news?

Why do things like gossip become the never-ending news reports?

Why does anyone want to cover a story that does not matter?

Who cares about some girl who is rich, popular, ugly,

Matter

To the American people

Who cares about a girl that has problems?

How many of us have problems

We do not broadcast it

We need to realize there is other news worthy of air

When will we realize that the news about some girl going to prison does not matter?

As much as

Death, Poverty, Diseases, Murder, Violence, Cloning, Abuse

Environment, Hatred, Abortion, Abduction,

War, Safety, Alcoholism, Drugs, Global Warming

And many other issues that are not covered on the news.

Page 31
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Twenty-Fifth Act
Families bleed because of corrupted government
In eyes of a follower my life travels into different directions
It’s possible degrading fault of the fakeness of our country governments
We bleed in our cold tears and it becomes ice tears
Those tears of the inside of our human heart
It is a controversy
That surrounds the by-lines
Of the never ending cycle of lies and more lies
It never contains the truth in anything you
See, read, hear, touch, or smell
When will this lies stop and never continue to break families apart
One by one

Page 32
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Twenty-Sixth Act
Dangerous memories never fade from dark to lighter
A harmony helped to make you happy when you were
Falling down the rabbit hole
You held a knife in your hand and cried tears of hatred
You hate people
Nevertheless, people love you
You despise people
But people always love you
No, matter what you do
People will appreciate you
You can turn away
And hide
Under your blanket
And there will definitely be no surprise
But just stand up tall
And push out your heart to the world
And no one can take that away from you

Page 33
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Twenty-Seventh Act
Falling like scriptures provoked
Words never talked about
Because hatred is a victim
Of surprises, and love is all but
Never successful conclusions
I guess some things are spoken through truth of the dying
Pain for the friendship hurts
More than a knife being
Stabbed into a cheating husband
No, Jesus of irregular talks of life
Just never successful conclusions in life

Page 34
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Twenty-Eight Act
Invisible flower spoke to me in my sleep
Something out of ordinary
Seems like things I see on T.V. today
And in the media changes my
Perspective on things that do not really matter
However, it seems to me they just showing off.
How do I know?
I took a wild guess

Page 35
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Twenty-Ninth Act
Die flowers of the fallen eyes
Despair misery to your loved ones
Because time is running out
In no time is my love
For desperate measures will be reached
You control your eruptions
It can be
Found in one single key of life
That is passion for what you desire
And
Never fall without the passionate desire.

Page 36
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Thirtieth Act
Happy days are all but a few weeks old
Never desire to watch T.V.
It is all but a fantasy
And fairy-tales all over the surprising view
Never fear the pretty light of the blue
Because, it's all a fairy-tale in disguise
Through things hidden in the tube
It locks the brain and never lets it go

Page 37
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Thirty-First Act
War progresses through the valley
Dangerous zones scared youngsters shitless
What are moms and pops to do?
When everywhere you look
You see a devils face,
In an unemotional sadness, he kept his eyes
Peeling like he wanted to take your mind
And throw it in the garbage can
Without anyone to take a look
What if it was a treasure that could
Benefit multiple people,
Ehh, I guess it is all on
You
To care and see for yourself.

Page 38
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Thirty-Second Act
In the room, I sit watching darkness creep on me
Lost without words of never finding my way,
I hold my head under the pillow to catch a breath
However, all I felt was something pulling me
Down
Something heavy
And all I saw was darkness creeping slowly
Onto me
Media is the number one control
Through
The cable boxes in your room
Instead of you
Watching T.V.
It is watching you

Page 39
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Thirty-Third Act
System corrupted
Mind is not interacted
Words told to a witness like she is corrupted
Even though you and I know system corrupted
Judge watching witness get into a nervous
Pecking order
Worries blossom like angels grinding behind the victim
Worries on faces of close to the witness
On trial she sits alone and worries
Because she might be caught of guard
Not knowing the system corrupted
What a scary way to sit and contemplate
If your life can end today
Or tomorrow
What will you say before you depart
In the chair of the witness stand
System corrupted
That is a flat fact
No taking back my feelings
Of how they treated me
A simple rule of poetry
Silent words are melody

Page 40
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Thirty-Fourth Act
The victim held on trial supposedly

It has supposed to be a speedy trial and fair trial of the century.

However, my eyes tell me differently my ears hear sneaky control from the lawyers.

Judge tries to calm the witness.

The killer frozen

Not knowing what his outlook on freedom will be.

Life or death goes through his mind like needles

Will I be taken out of this courtroom in cuffs or will I

Have a chance to breath a sigh of relief.

His wife is in the stand praying to GOD for his release.

" Why should I let him go, if he murdered a man in cold blood?

Because I love him, Dear GOD and I need him home with the kids and me.

"Well, he should have thought about his family, before he killed the man

Dear, GOD please, release him, to me

Why should I, he deserves what is coming to him

He is a killer most definitely, and deserves to be put behind bars

"But dear lord, what about the kids you see

What about them

They will have no father most definitely

Page 41
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Well, to bad for him most definitely

But lord, what am I to do with three kids dear Lord

I am a single mother, working two jobs and cannot take care of them and work two jobs too

He should have thought about them before he lifted up that knife and stabbed that man

But, lord

Don’t we all deserve a second chance in life?

Yes, we all do.

However, not if a man stabs his brother

50 times most definitely

But lord,

No, forgiveness hear,

My dear

Just punishment served most definitely

But lord, hear my plea

And hear my cries at night mostly

My dear, that is life and that is the ultimate truth,

You commit a killing, and you going most certainly,

But lord, what am I do with my three kids without a Father,

A man is needed in my kid’s life, dear lord...

What is a mother to do, with two jobs and 3 kids Lord,

Get another man to baby sit the kids

Page 42
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Sorry, dear I cannot offer any condolence,

But lord, will you ever even try to cut me some slack

I pray 3 times everyday, on my knees I pray for you to forgive him Father

For 2 years, I have gotten on my knees and prayed, and you have not answered,

Until today, dear Lord

Well, my dear...

I was thinking of how I will respond to you, because I know you are in pain,

I am in pain too my dear, I am in pain as much as you are

I feel your pain

I feel pain when you feel pain, and it puts tears to my eyes, but ultimately he is a killer

50 stabs is nothing to mess with dear

But lord, he was not in his head dear Lord, he was hallucinating lord,

Well,

He should have not been miss-using substances

But lord,

No buts my dear, he put his life on the line

And his wife and children's life on the line

He should be charged with triple homicide, guilty by a means of insanity

No, lord I take full blame for this insanity

Lord

Forgive him father for his wrong doings; forgive him for not what he has done to the victim’s

Page 43
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Family,

but to you Lord

He has sinned in many ways that should be taken to account by you Lord

But, truth being told lord,

I was there with him lord

I saw him stab that man 50 times all over his body Lord

Well, dear.

You lying dear

I saw the whole thing unfold in front of my eyes,

I was watching him stab him

You lie and that is a sin in my eyes dear

I forgive you partially

And will take into account to take you with me dear

You coming after him, you have been partially truthful

You have been cutting yourself and cursing in my name dear

You wanted your man to be gone dear

You have complained to me when you prayed on your knees dear

Therefore, he is going and that is the end of this conversation

But lord

But lord

But DEAR GOD

Page 44
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

My dear LORD

Page 45
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Thirty-Fifth Act
Controlled world in repeated places at ones

Nowhere you can go

Because you locked up in the days of work

The rules you live by are repeated constantly

It is like a circular rotation of your Ferrari wheels with 26-inch rims glistening in the air

System sound beating in the background

Because you believe you owned the right to own it

What if I told you?

That shit is crap and you are controlled

It’s all bullshitted excuses to live in happy land

I am tired of these damn followers

Following one another

It is like some damn clowning combustion

Done in front of the T.V. screens

I am getting sick and tired of it

Aren’t you?

Page 46
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Thirty-Sixth Act
What you say to the prisoner for a murder?

Shit, you are guilty

For the right to remain calm

You are proven insane

So, mother-fucking what

Hate in my eyes is the dead man walking on the street

Should I be executed in a silent style of a needle?

Or shot down like a wild dog in the firing range

Damn, wannabe power eaters

Take the energy from shooting the metal gun

This is a joke,

As you can see

We shouldn't put mother-fuckers to death because of insanity

I do not got answers to what the next step should be for the so called criminals

But man,

Have you thought about the people who commit the execution are the real criminals

Yea, the man killed

And no it isn’t fucking right

But you killing back because you think that is the answer

Page 47
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

I fucking feel you are not answering your damn calling

Green paper is what you desire

Man, look at out of the window

And go cut your self some green grass

There are other ways to deal with them psychotic bastards.

Page 48
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Thirty-Seventh Act
Look, I want your agenda

Drawn in black chalk and presented to the regular people

I want some damn answers

To questions, I know you solved inside your community

What about our damn community?

Do we not deserve a damn right for some answers?

What, money buys power?

So, why hide that damn fact

We regulars know that is the truth

We see it daily on news

No stopping us from speaking our minds

You know we want answers

And we won't back down without any

So, turn off that damn fake ass smile

And speak to us regulars like a regular you

Are.

Page 49
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Thirty-Eighth Act
I say fuck the politicians

I say fuck the system

I say fuck the controlled propaganda

That fucking tries to control our agenda

Fuck them Mother Fuckers who try to take my fucking freedom

Fuck them lunatic bastards that do not want to give regular people the freedom

Fuck you political Christians and all of your bullshitted agendas

Your fucking control sickens my demeanor

Your fucking system has been corrupted for years in the past

And the future is still fucking controlled

What is the truth behind that?

You are greedy mother fucking haters

Who have no life of their own?

So, you like harassing us regulars like it was some kind of invasion

Fucking damn system

Lies being told that you are not proven guilty until you been in court

Fucking bullshit lies again; it is a replay of the hundreds of years of slavery

When you controlled us regulars

And dumbed us down with bullshitted reality shows and fake news

Page 50
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Damn fucking system, wants control of our system

I say fuck you damn system repeatedly because it's my fucking damn freedom

To speak my damn mind, whenever a glitch in me feels it is a necessity

So, fuck you to your damn system repeatedly

And fuck you whoever follow their damn laws.

Page 51
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Thirty-Ninth Act
Broken shit into pieces of guesses

History does repeat itself

I threw out that word and do not want to take it back

Truth be told I am the only one who speaks the truth

All of this politicians lying to all of you

Can’t you see the lies being vacuumed back up?

Particles do gather dust

History books do catch the bug of dust

But honestly history does repeat itself

You see it and I see it

Daily,

It is repeated in the media

In the mind it is stapled to the cranium of your brain

You see that stamp from outer space

Damn system, corrupting our youth

It is corrupting our people

Truth be told, its corrupting smart people

Than what is left over?

System of greed and corruption

Page 52
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Nah, I am not budging

Take me as I am

And not some mind controlled slave

I am this way, because GOD gave my parents a hand

In making me who I am

Page 53
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Fortieth Act
Water spills through my veins like glistening delight
Pain is all I see in the light
Broken hearted hopes
Torn apart from pieces of DNA
What a dangerous way to view life
What can a person do?
When all he is used to is hate, violence
And no luck in this side of the corner
No one there to raise his or her hand
Open up their hearts and come to this side
Seems like greed is taking over
The more
I look outside of this corner walls
What’s the next step in this life we call heaven or hell
Just hope to trace the past and remember the present
History does repeat itself
That is not a lie

Page 54
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Forty-First Act
Things turn from bright to gray
Words spoken through the wires
But what transpired from the beginning to the end
Was something scary and felt through different kinds of events
From earthquakes on a sunny day
It became a darken light at the end of the tunnel
Emergency evacuation is what was required
Did they listen to the sound inside their head?
No, it was to late to wake up,
Because the air was taken from their hearts
And left for dead

Page 55
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Forty-Second Act
At a young age, she was lost

Without a helping hand in sight

Only rhythm to guide her

People told her she did not belong

In this world they called home

So, her decisions was to run away

And start something right one day

Instead of listening to her heart

She listened to a temptation

That came from the outside

A lost child at 12 without a home

Down here below on mother earth

Things started to take its toll

Years passed and at the age of 16

She was pregnant and she was not surprised

The father was unknown

And her parents threw her out of their lives

“Do not come back around here anymore”

You are a WHORE!

Page 56
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Next step was suicide and a life on the streets

A vicious psychopath on the streets

Pimps, hustlers, and the likes are on the streets

Scared and without anymore tears to cry

She got onto her knees

Had hear baby on the streets

Crawled

Slowly down to the railroad tracks

Without anyone to lay their helping hand

The train coming her way now

DEMON name stamped upon the train

As society portraits young kids

Who they feel aren't worth the love

Last Chance she Prays

The young mother looks straight into the coming train

And no tears left to cry

Jumps into the train

But throws the baby into the sky

Hoping someone will lend a helping hand

And raise only the right way

Page 57
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Forty-Third Act
Boxing ring stands in the middle

Wanting to fight but wishing for freedom

One punch into the left temple

No blood dripping just yet

Right uppercut

A miss

Counter attacks a right hand

With a combination of the left uppercut

Bam!

Perfectly connected

Blood starts to drip quickly

Moves back

Moves to the left and quickly to the right

Another quick punch to the temple

Missed

Takes a deep breath

And starts to go into battle

Hands up

Covering his face

Continues throwing punches

Misses continuously following like a wave

Page 58
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

The other steps back

Takes a slight breath

Feels shape shift in his left eye

And pushes all his body weight into his left, right punch added

With a combination of two uppercuts with

A slight move to the left again

Bam!

He is on his ass

The judge starts counting

1,2,3,4,5,6,7

He is getting up, the audience yells

He tries to get up

Puts his happy thoughts into place

And continues struggling

The count is on 9

He slowly gets up

Gathers his composure

And continues his combination

Uppercut followed by a left, right,

Back takes a breath and adds three uppercuts another left and a right

A hook from the right hand

Then a quick left hook

Bam!

The mighty animal hits the ground

The count begins

1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9

And before the number reaches to 10

He looks deep into the angels eyes

And looks away defeated by the good

The evil has been put back into its bottle

And released into the ocean

Forty-Fourth Act
Young dying without the pity of the old

What is wrong with the old who are supposed to protect

It seems that the elderly are blind

To see, that we continue stretching out

Our hands

They think it is a joke

But what they do not understand

Is the truth

And it is

Hard to hide

Page 61

Forty-Fifth Act
A kid saw a burning georef

Taking over his mind

Just because

He was afraid of how big he actually was in real life

It was a marvelous congruency

That sparkled the eyes of

A million

He did not cry

Because he understood

How wrong it was to do so

But, it’s not as if tears turned

Into popsicles in what was meant to be

Red Blood stamped onto his forehead

Because of so much pain

He has adapted

Quite a bit of new scars in his lifetime

He was alone at last

He wanted this

He desired this

Grinding his teeth

He felt a satisfaction you could not even imagine

Page 62
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

He looked at the stars then flicked into the night

Looking thin as a bird while looking down

Not waving just flopping his wings up and down

As something only imagination can bring into what was reality

Forty-Sixth Act
Soldiers fall

Bridges burn

Songs are sung

In the deserted hall

You see tears drop

In single file line

They bounce of the pavement

Blood spills the empty milk boxes

Missing youngsters on television screens

Internet companies trying to filter the knowledge

From people who want to do something about our situation

Walls are beginning to close in

Faster then ever before

We seem to be giving up on this continues fight

I suppose people think it is easier to just give up

What a waste of energy

Not my opinion that I stated above

But of many great thinkers of

Our

Page 64

Once used to be civilization

I suppose it is easier to just lay down

And just be taken away by control

Then fight the imbeciles that we see everyday around us

Page 65

Forty-Seventh Act
Is reality really the truth to minority?

Hinges broken in spare moment of despair

Girls being broken in

Thug wannabes want to promise them rings

Lies I tell you as I told you before

Extreme excitement before they know what has meant to be

Parents not teaching

Because

They are confused themselves

Yea, what a shame game

We play

Seems to be a roller coaster ride we used to be on

Not wanting to get off

And

Start something new

Therefore, as you can see we will continue going in the same route

As we have for hundred of years

Until someone takes a stand

And has a vision

Page 66
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

To explore other ways of growing

And helping one another

Page 67

Forty-Eighth Act
Maximum affection struggles in compression.

You cannot nominate the station that holds the key in filthy moments of disappearing acts.

You cannot live life like on the television screens

Trappings of the mind

Is what you see?

Garbage shown from mornings to nights

People getting confused

And

Not putting up a fight

It is a struggle

In

Our community

Because all you see

Is

Violence, sex, hatred and racism

No one is taking a stand and trying to grow up

I would think our President would take a hunch

And learn from his mistakes

However, he blames other people on these mistakes

Page 68
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

What a waste of bad energy

Changes are needed

Do not twist the words together

Page 69

Forty-Ninth Act
Voting rights is our right

Right

Our founding fathers promised

That we would control this nation

Seems to me

Those greedy punks are the ones in control

Illuminati

If that’s what they are called

In control they are

Lies being told not on television screens

It’s

A lying agenda

No matter where you look

You see strangers telling lies to their own kind

No one reading between the lines

The reason being?

Look at the garbage we seeing

How can we grow when we find other things to blame?

Kids being put into Special Education classes

Like it will have all the answers

That’s a damn lie

Page 70
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

Why?

Because they are greedy and they want our money

Maybe that is why

The Final Act

Water dripped as I listened to the T.V. news in the night

Darkness creeps and wind blows in the rearview

As I gaze outside to see the sound of water hitting my window

All I see are problems never ending

Politicians are lying about finding answers

But we all know they lying

No answers here for us,

Just sneaky lies behind our backs

They think we are not paying attention

Like we some unborn kids who just awoke

Not seeing the light because our eyes are closed

Well, news for them

We see and hear everything you do

We are watching closely then ever before

Something’s happening

And we are not afraid to start a Revolution

That gives us freedom to speak our minds

No, it is not pointless

We just feel like we deserve this right

Page 72
Digesting Current Events: Through Metaphors, Similes and the Abstract

It is our country

And right, I supposed it's yours as well

But you taking it for a free ride

This world will not be taken advantage off

Please, realize we are all one

And we need one another

So, drop all lies

And join us

So, that we can help and blossom together

In order to bless this earth we live on…
