I completely sympathise with this!!
In fairness Servage do offer a very good package (bandwidth, webspace, extras and price), but the support is very dodgy. Sometimes you get an impressively fast response, but other times it takes for ever. Numerous people respond to your support tickets, none of which bother to read through the history of the problem so you end up repeating yourself over and over and over.
If Servage could sort out their support issues, I'd HIGHLY recommend them. I still do recommend them, just not their support!
