How to make Lumpia

Ingredients
Vegetable Oil Eggs 100 gr young bamboo 200 gr chicken 200 gr shrimp chopped onion chopped garlic Chopped green garlic 1/2 tea spoon sugar 1/2 tea spoon salt 1/2 tea spoon pepper 2 tea spoon flour 75 ml water Lumpia wrappers

How to make
Fillings Heat vegetable oil Fry onion and garlic Put shrimp, chicken and young bamboo Put pepper, salt and sugar Add water Cook until it is well cooked

Rolling the lumpia


‡ Grabe lumpia wrappers ‡ Place the fillings on lumpia wrappers ‡ Roll it up

Fry lumpia until its colour change into golden brown.

Serve Lumpia with sauce
