Survey Overview
Customers visiting Nidus between 14th Nov and 10th Dec, 2011 were asked to fill a 10-question survey which was placed at Nidus with the objective of ascertaining the following : The demographics of customers who visit / shop at Nidus Their frequency of shopping at Nidus Their reasons for buying products at Nidus (personal use, gifting, etc.) The items / product categories most preferred by customers Their level of satisfaction with the leather products sold at Nidus Their likes and dislikes specific to leather products sold at Nidus The types of leather products wanted by these customers 35 customers responded to the survey. The responses were tabulated and represented graphically, as shown in this presentation

Question 1 was intended solely to initiate the questionnaire. Questions 2 & 3 ascertain the demographic of the respondent. Question 4 specifies the educational background of the individual.

Question 8 ascertains respondents satisfaction with available products. Question 9 considers the individual preferences of the respondents. Question 10 determines the kind of products respondents actually want.
